Truntum Kuta ( formerly Grand Inna Kuta ) Reviews

It was our 3rd stay with Truntum. Booked an executive suite, and loved our stay. It was memorable, beautiful, and very pleasant. The room was huge with a nice balcony to enjoy sea breeze and sound of the wave. Toilet was clean and well provided, a warm welcome card was prepared, and it was a nice touch. However, during our stay, we had an issue with the aircon. Techician was very prompt on repair, but the issue persist on the next day. Since it was our last day, we just bear with it. But overall, we will definitely stay at Truntum again.

The hotel was awesome. Beautifully located by the beach with a stunning view. The staff was friendly and helpful, always with a smile and courteous. The room was great; water pressure was no problem. Will book this hotel in the future. 5 stars!

Excellent hotel right in front of kuta beach. I love everything about this hotel. Such a huge hotel.. breakfast was excellent. The price was reasonable.

The room is well decorated with seaview. The breakfast is fantastic.

Booked a pool access room for 7 days but on arrival was told it wouldn't be available for 3 nights. They said there was an issue with booking company (trip.com) not sure how accurate this was. Regardless we were vupgraded into a suite for the first 3 nights Room was beautiful, but a long way from the pools compared to the pool access room. Worst part was that we needed to find something to do between room changes for 5 hours. Hotel could do with a refurbish, looking a bit old, particularly the white crockery trolleys at breakfast that looked quite dirty, and filled with clean plates. Food was good at breakfast but didn't vary much over the 7 days. Eg: maybe guava or apple juice instead of pineapple and orange every day. Also pineapple in the fruit section would be great.

The hotel is in great location , staff super friendly. This trip I did notice that towels are getting old and so are pillows but otherwise no complaints

Always a great hotel to stay for a few days at the end of a holiday to Bali. Great for shopping, restaurants, beach. Great breakfast. Room with pool access is a must for me. I like the beach wing. Hoping some renovations on the rooms esp the floors will happen soon.

This was our second stay at Truntum as we love the location. This stay we stayed in the new ‘deluxe’ area towards the front of the hotel area. The room was spacious, clean and set out well. Due to the construction we weren’t able to walk directly from our room to the restaurant and instead out of the building and around (not a huge issue, just inconvenient). During our stay, on two occasions they also ran out of pool towels. Apart from these two minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and will certainly be back to see it once construction is complete.

The service of the staff is good while the location is perfect. The facility is a bit old especially in the hotel room.

Incredible location by the beach, yet quiet and secure. So much to see and do around the property, and their 3 pools are wonderful. Reception staff and the breakfast room team are exceptionally warm and so attentive. I truly appreciate this property and will make a point to return for sure.
