I like this hotel a lot. It has the most comfortable mattresses I have had in Shanghai hotels and I have stayed at 5 different ones so far. You will have a great sleep here. Service is also very good. Free water bottles you can grab in the lobby which is a huge plus. I need water and most hotels only give 2 bottles a day but this place you are welcome to have more. They also have a very nice breakfast buffet which you can go for when you book to add that option in. It’s a good deal. They had eastern and western style items and an espresso drink machine. Definitely worth it. I will be more than happy to stay here again next time.

The hotel is good and clean and the staff is helpful, but it does not feature a gym as the description says. I’m disapointed because it is expensive considering that it didnt include the gym.

I lived there for a few nights. Quiet hotel between blocks of flats. The bathroom is made of plastic. The shower door didn't close well. Water spilled on the floor and did not drain because the floor in the bathroom was slanted on the opposite side of the drain. It was difficult to use the bathroom when half of the bathroom floor was covered by water all the time. the carpets in the hallway were very dirty.

The hotel is conveniently located to the hospital. The room attendants greeted us and provided warm service.
