Overall it was ok. Breakfast was ok. But I was surprised that room service ends at 12am though when they claimed that F&B is 24/7. Service was ok but the staff don’t understand English generally. I called to get ice cubes but they sent me water instead.

Love my stay here in this hotel. The room is really nice, bed is very comfortable, bath tub beside the bed is really relaxing especially while watching TV. Ordered food in my room at dinner time. The food is indeed delicious. They also send different types of fruits on a platter at night which is such a wonderful and generous gesture. Would be great if they can have more choices for their breakfast buffet. Overall stay is amazing. I will come back for sure.

I was able to do early check in and late check out. Room facilities are ok. Except there was nothing in the refrigerator .The front desk staff are really nice and polite and professional. Executive lounge is basic compared to others in shanghai. Free parking space. Above all my stay was satisfactory.

The hotel environment is Nice, and the waiters are very warm and thoughtful, especially Kenny and Simon at the front desk! The breakfast bread and coffee are very good. It can be seen that the western chef is very attentive.And after looking at the hotel, there is also a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off Disney 🚌, which is very convenient!

I came to Disneyland and chose this hotel after reading reviews from many hotels. I didn't expect it to be so disappointing. It was not up to Marriott's standards at all. The overall facilities looked OK, but the maintenance was very poor, and the service was not good. The worst thing was that the door was broken. I pushed it gently and the anti-theft chain of the door fell off. There were two pieces of paper inside, which showed that the hotel's original anti-theft chain was broken and it was not properly handled at all! ! It was just perfunctory, and that was already the second day we stayed there! ! ! I have always had the habit of tying the anti-theft chain when I go out. Fortunately, I came with my npy this time. If I did it alone, it would be more dangerous. I will never come to such a hotel again. Especially after the incident, the hotel manager contacted us with a perfunctory attitude. I dare not stay in such a hotel again. As for the Disney pick-up service mentioned in the package, there was no service at all. The car was originally scheduled to arrive at 10 o'clock, and it was said that a colleague would contact us the next day to confirm the pick-up location and license plate number. We waited for a whole day but there was no contact. We called again and again to confirm, but someone finally called us back after 10 o'clock. It was a Didi car called by the hotel staff, which made us wait for more than half an hour at the Disney gate.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent. It is very convenient for us to go to Disney, the Safari Park, and Xinchang Ancient Town. But what satisfied me most was that the decoration was comfortable, the lobby was simple and elegant, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the service staff was patient and professional. Thumbs up! In short, if I come to Shanghai again, I will still choose Shanghai Marriott.

I have stayed here several times and the experience is very good. In addition to breakfast, they also provide a simple dinner in the executive lounge. There is no nearby commercial street, so it really solves the big problem of eating. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Disneyland. It is not far away

The hotel is located in the suburbs of Shanghai, with an open environment and fresh air. The hotel is business-oriented overall. The Pony theme room I booked is on the third floor of the hotel. The room is very large and the entire floor is pony-themed. Pony cake and room card are given as soon as you check in. The bed end and furnishings in the standard room are pony-themed. The Chinese and Western fusion meal on the first floor is exquisitely designed and the plating is suitable for taking photos. Looking forward to a more perfect pony theme presentation!

It was a very pleasant stay. It is very close to Xinchang Ancient Town, just a few minutes' drive away. The hotel environment is great and meets the standards of a five-star hotel. I especially like their buffet breakfast, which is elegant, varied and delicious. Because of 🈶 rhinitis, I called in advance to request an air purifier, which was also put in the room in advance. The bathtub in the room is great. You can watch TV while taking a bath. The only drawback is that the TV cannot be projected, but the disadvantages do not outweigh the advantages. I will choose to stay next time

The room is spacious and very clean!!!! It's expensive for Shanghai, but it has two beds and is this size, so I think it's cost-effective👍
