Stayed here six nights, enjoyed my stay. It was very comfortable. Porter helped to carry luggage to taxi. Max gave me a room upgrade, Kitty helped to change room. Hotel gave a special discount for laundry, loved the laundry service. Special thanks to level 21 housekeeper Xiaowei who was very helpful. I would like to stay here again.

I would like to strongly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business travel. Location is quite central with plenty of shops, restaurants and shopping centre nearby. Room is clean and full of nature lights. But most important is the services, as I’ve many luggage and the concierge staffs are extremely friendly and helpful! I’ll definitely rebook this hotel whenever I return to Shanghai.

Getting around is incredibly convenient, with Dapuqiao Metro Station just a 5-minute walk away. The surrounding area is fantastic too, being close to Sun Moonlight Centre and Xintiandi, offering excellent options for dining and shopping. The room boasts a great location and ample natural light. While the facilities of this established star-rated hotel are a bit dated, the service experience is absolutely top-notch. I particularly appreciated that food deliveries are brought directly to the room by either concierge staff or a robot.

Pullman hotel never disappoints. Everything is clean, the staff is very polite and helpful. Location is phenomenal and the newly renovated swimming pool looks fantastic!

It was very nice stay. The hotel is near the metro station(da pu qiao), it takes about 4 minutes by walk,and there are many shops around the hotel. Thank you.

The service of the hotel is what you will get from a 5 start hotel. The room looks a bit too old, and the amenities (TV, shower, hair dryer etc.) inside the room are quite outdated. There are many improvements the hotel can do to improve the customer staying experience. Overall, a good few days spent in this hotel.

I used to stay at Skyway Pullman many times for business/personal travel around year 2010. Glad I came back via trip.com this year. It is definitely convenient staying at Skyway Pullman. For international travelers: beautiful neighborhood for urban hiking; trendy but still local;

The room is clean and the staff is attentive and helpful. It’s a good location, you have a mall and train station nearby. It’s around 20 mins car ride away from the bund. The only thing is the hotel is quite old…

I arrived at the hotel, the staff helped me right away with my bags. Ben was amazing 😎, he was very nice and helpful. The room looked amazing, it was very clean and cozy. The rest of the hotel amenities like the pool and gym were also very good. I very much recommend this hotel to everyone
