best service I've received in my life! Wonderful room and they even put my country flag (singapore) in the room when they realised I was singaporean. Absolutely powerful stuff

Very helpful staff, central location and many shops and restaurants around though mostly China style food. The room is very clean, free fruit platter available every day. Fetch and send from/to train station is very much appreciated. Overall, very satisfied with the stay. And the breakfast was good.

The service is outstanding , offering endless drinks , snacks , fruits and daily gifts . The dumplings and pear tea was very good . The porter does not want tips and very polite . Breakfast room is very nice and good spread . Every morning they asked about your room , any issue . I complained the bed is too soft and they turned the mattress . They also gave my dryer a free slot to park in front of hotel . They gave me a clothes hanger to hang my clothes as I washed some clothes , very observant staff . Only complaint is no door at toilets , bed is too soft . 5km to old town is accessible by taxi .

Excellent service with very proactive and responsive staff. Complimentary train station transfer was much appreciated to drop off at hotel in the middle of shopping district. Nice mall next door with lots of food and shopping. Breakfast was also excellent. With a nice mix of international fair with local cuisine. Hotel was highlight of my family trip

Christian's Hotel has the best service I have experienced at any hotel anywhere in the world. The staff were universally outstanding. It was impossible to single out any one staff member for special praise as they were all excellent. We felt like welcomed friends all the time. The cleanliness and design of the hotel are also of the highest quality. The only 'negatives' I have are that there is no lobby bar. The restaurant on the 18th floor gives great views. Surely a small section of the restaurant could be converted to provide a lobby bar? The location is also nothing great. There's nothing wrong with the location, there's just nothing great about it either. It's near a subway station, so getting to attrractions is easy, but there's nothing much in the area around the hotel, no great places to eat, no attractions to take a morning or evening walk to. Those aside, we would 100% definitely stay there again.

Christian's hotel is one of the best locally owned hotels I've ever stayed in in China. Their attention to detail, the quality of the room, and the helpful and professional staff made this a fabulous place to stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great experience with outstanding service. Great location and transport is provided to and from airport and train stations. Room is neat and tidy and breakfast has great variety. Highly reccomended.

Absolutely the best service I've ever received from any hotel anywhere. The staff were extremely helpful and thoughtful, and provided assistance above and beyond, in ways we didn't even know were possible from a hotel. It helps if you can explain your needs and preferences in Mandarin of course. The room was a generous size and featured a kitchenette and a bathroom with a long, spacious bench, very practical for our little family. We were so comfortable we didn't want to leave!

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The service from the staff is top class and so good. They really look after their guests here and are very well trained, We have stayed in many 5 star hotels in our travels and couldn't recommend this one more, this is seriously another level. The supplies and condiments offered in the room is very comprehensive and complete. They offer order fruits and snacks at any time. They will even open the gym for you if you want to use it when it is closed. Too many examples of great customer service to write

Christian’s Hotel is amazing! Located in the heart of modern festivities and conveniences, makes quick eats and shops easily accessible. The hotel is clean, wonderful amenities, and our room has a cool, retro flare. What makes this accommodation excellent is the quality of attention the staff provides to their guests, especially William. He’s very professional, attentive, and extremely hospitable; always there to help even when he’s not on-site (via through WeChat). Highly recommended!

Christian’s seems to have been something of an institution in Luoyang for over a decade - with a number of Chinese celebrities staying there over the years - and it still seems to be the place to see and be seen in town (especially its 18th floor restaurant, Sunny’s). While the hotel is beginning to show its age a bit (some renovations/redecoration in some areas are probably needed), it’s still one of the best places to stay in the city. The service, in particular, is superb - courteous, helpful and lots of thoughtful free extras (free transfers, food/drink on arrival, other gifts/amenities etc) - really made the stay memorable, giving the place a lot more ‘personality’ than the big international chains. The buffet breakfast is great, with a lot of choice, and the restaurant has nice views of the city. Would highly recommend for a stay in Luoyang.
