Very good location. Located in the centre of the walking street. A lot of food and eateries around.

Great place. Best breakfast in town. Good internet (much better than usual) TV system is a bit old 😅

Great hotel in the middle of Nanjin road (pedestrian street) Very good location A great and various breakfast Chinese and International (with a little touch of French style) Bed very comfortable with a pillow menu!!! A little negative point is the moquette in the room (I don’t like it) But very clean

The hotel needs renovation, room smells bad, and it doesn’t even have tissues, tissues the basic thing even a three star hotel has, not happy with the quality of the rooms at this price point, bad impression, carpet in room seems like 10 years old I booked for four nights at first but then thankfully was able to cancel it for next three days and then booked another hotel at half of the price and 3x better rooms, it was just a bad experience when I reached Shanghai for the first time The only thing good about room is the view otherwise it’s a two star hotel with uncleaned carpet and bad odour room

Hotel location is one of the best and the room and the view are pretty amazing but the only problem I have is the cleanliness of the room. The light above the bed is really dirty and the light in the comfort room is dirty too, the bed sheets have brown stains with a coffee smell.

Experienced an electrical trip after checking out of the room, but it was resolved quickly with prompt response and service. The hotel’s strategic location in the heart of Nanjing East Road makes getting around very convenient, though do be mindful of the frequent street congestion.

We really liked the hotel, we had a family room on 19 floor. Breakfast was European, lots of pastries. Location is just right on nanjing street, close to everything. It has an executive lounge on 30 floor where we had snacks and drinks with a view!! The only thing we didn’t have any toiletries in our room. And no iron.. in general, 9 out of 10 for a 4 star hotel. Definitely worth the price!

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. Location is superb with easy access to subway station, Nanjing Rd walking street, restaurants, shopping malls, to the Bund & more. We stayed at the family room with breakfast for 3 adults and it was spacious enough for 3. Breakfast spread is very good from western to local - yummy! Our room includes the access to the executive lounge which was very nice - had afternoon and even drinks and snacks there. We enjoyed the gym very much, it was a properly equipped one with a super cute and friendly cat that comes in every now and then to say hello. The best gym mascot every :-)

Excellent location and train station is only less than 5 mins, walking street just beside the hotel and can find many food around. Hotel also gave a surprise birthday cake in the room. Only down side is the basic amenities require to request from front office but overall stay is perfect!

The reception dont give me the room that i book from trip.com (the room is not the same with the picture that i order from trip.com) so i just complain them they said that i have been upgrade but its show the room i too old .. the newest room they dont give ti me. then they recently change the room for us.. i book 2 room for 2 nights

Perfect location which is you can go out directly from the hotel to nanjing road. Rooms are cleaned, the lobby smells good, breakfast are perfect.

Definitely it worth! The hotel is perfectly placed in Nanjing Lu. All facilities are there and really confortable. Hotel staff is available and helpful
