The location was amazing!!! people was so helpfull and friendly, they help us a lot...they gave us also free bike to visit the village and help to go to Sky Pagoda(if you could, go there). LOVELY

Very friend own l. The room size is big. It is good to enjoy morning sun rise in the morning with the river just right in front of you.

After a warm welcome, we spent a really comfortable and enjoyable 3 nights here. Rooms are spacious and set in a lovely garden on the riverside. Decor is old-Thai style but has all the facilities needed (a/c, fan, kettle, fridge, good shower, even insect repellent cream!). It's the many small things that make it a lovely place to stay eg the mini-kitchen facilities at the river verandah, some fresh fruit, complimentary cookies etc. Location is riverside and a short walk to the night markets and some of the main Wats.

We had a wonderful family stay. The setting is very pleasant, on the riverbank. The hosts were lovely and always happy to help. We will have very fond memories of these few days: thank you very much!

The place I stayed was a 4-person room, but 2 people used each room. We used the 2nd floor, and there was a large common space in front of each room, so it was good to smoke and eat something simple. At first, when I looked at the picture, I was worried that there would be a lot of bugs because it was a wooden house, but if you just close the door well, no bugs came in. Maybe one or two mosquitoes? And they keep using mosquito repellent, so you don't have to worry. The location is good. There is a convenience store within 5 minutes on foot, and there is a big weekend night market just across the bridge. It's less than 5 minutes on foot. And the owner's family is so kind. If I come again, I want to come again because the kind memories are so strong. The cat is cute too :) Breakfast is good, and you can rent a bicycle for free. Laundry service is paid, but the price is cheap. And if you leave it, they fold it up and give it to you warmly. I only have good memories of staying at this accommodation in Lampang. Thank you.

The room is spacious. The large bed is soft and comfortable. There is tea, coffee, bread, fruit, dishes, and a microwave oven available in the common area. Located near Kad Kong Ta Walking Street, easy to find things to eat.

Fantastic homestay in Lampang right on the river. The cottages are big and the bathroom was huge. Breakfast is a la carte and delicious. There is a small area looking out over the river with tea and coffee making as well as some snacks and fruit. The owners are so helpful and knowledgeable about their city. We had a wonderful stay.

Loved this place. Very nicely kept place and super friendly personell. Location is very good with walking distans to pretty much everywhere in Lampang center. Nice patio for guest use with fresh fruit daily available and coffe also. Breakfast on request.

Great, laid back place on the river in Lampang - we stayed in one of the houses that had two nice balconies overlooking the river with views of the Bridge. Its a short walk to the local market and a range of cafes and restaurants. The guesthouse is well run with reliable and friendly staff, we loved our stay.
