New hotel in a very good location right beside the river bay. The whole area is near offices too. Generally a great experience for myself and the team. Hope they continue to maintain this hotel, and we will return the next time.

Great stay, pleasant experience. Was a little hard to find the entrance but staff are extremely responsible and helpful. Appreciate the free snacks provided and the general area is very lovely.

The UrCove Hyatt at the West Bund riverside is excellent! I would love to stay here again. I just had a quick one night stay this time and chose this hotel because of how close it is to the event venue and I was highly satisfied with how clean, quiet, and convenient everything was. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a riverside experience with convenient location to shops and great facilities.

A new hotel, the location is great with river view. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Hotel lobby is located on the first floor, no staff helped with the luggage. Breakfast lacks choices.

I was headed to AI Tower area, this location is fantastic. It is just a short walk away. The entrance starts with a book shop cafe and the hotel lobby is located on the second floor. There are a number of different room type and facing. My room faced a building under construction next door but it is quiet. Probably account for the reasonable cost of the room. Wash basin waste water cannot be properly drained which was feedback to the staff. Waterfront area in the evening is quite happening with many F&B options. The staff is helpful and friendly. They provided a late checkout at 2pm. Will I book it again ? Absolutely.

This Hyatt Regency hotel is located in Building 10 of the West Bund Dream Center. Just walk out of the second-floor lobby and you're right on the Huangpu River. The hotel's facilities, environment, and atmosphere are all excellent (soft drinks are free in the room, and Peet's coffee capsules are provided). The West Bund Summer Night Club is open until midnight, and my baby was attending a live house at Wasi. Staying at the Yifei was a great choice for partying late into the night. Front desk lady Zhao handled check-in quickly, and I was given a free upgrade to an executive room 🫰. The WeChat butler service was very convenient. The scallion oil noodles for breakfast were as delicious as the reviews said, and I had a giant kai yang (dried shrimp)! I'd recommend it to my friends; the Yifei was the right choice!

When we checked in, we requested that the two rooms be in the same building, and the front desk said that it was OK. However, when we got the room cards, they were not in the same building at all. They said that we were given the closest room. Are the closest and the same building the same thing? What's even more disgusting is that the toothbrush was wet when it was opened, and there was toothpaste stuck on the edge. The second one was also wet when it was opened. The breakfast was also terrible. The fried dough sticks were hard as rocks, and the porridge was as thin as water. My friend was afraid that the room was too small, so he booked a suite, which was actually smaller than a twin room.
