It's not my first time staying at this place I've been under new ownership and the people that are in there now don't really care about the enjoyment of somebody staying in their hotel the place was noisy they're disrespectful clientele and when we called to ask for them to quiet them down they basically said we had to deal with it they won't do anything about it my nephew has a disability and couldn't get any sleep that night so we ended up packing up and leaving early and then I came back the next morning and handed in my key card

The staff is great very friendly and helpful rooms very clean and I had a good nights sleep which can be rare in a hotel. The breakfast was awesome very hot and enjoyable. Would come back again

I flew from Hong Kong to Toronto, Canada for 1 month. This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I booked a standard room and a deluxe room with my friend. I stayed in the deluxe room for seven nights and the standard room for three nights. The hotel facilities are average, but the room is clean and tidy. It was very comfortable. The front desk staff provided very good service, very proactive and enthusiastic. In particular, there was a ** guy at the front desk who was so nice and polite. The breakfast was good, but there were not many varieties. I personally think it is very cost-effective. I will stay here next time and recommend it to friends and relatives nearby [strong]
