Great stay — clean, convenient, and well-equipped I had a very pleasant experience at Intercity Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were excellent — everything I needed for a smooth stay. The location is also a big plus: it’s just a short walk from the metro station, which made getting around Shanghai super easy. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and well-maintained place to stay

Great and helpful staff even for check ins at 1am, convenient food delivery bot although this is generally available throughout China. Only downside is their breakfast, i often skipped every other day as i could just order better food and they generally served the same thing all week that wasnt that great. Staff kept rooms clean and would always top up the free mini bar and give extras when they notice a pattern which was great

It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel! The staff was very helpful and friendly, answered all questions and always helped. The rooms are clean and comfortable, everything is new. The view from the window to the skyscrapers, metro and bus stops nearby, shopping malls are also close, walking is also good.

The check in took a bit of time because we don’t have a local number. But the girls behind the desk were super helpful. They even allowed us to cancel the reservation that we already paid for in exchange for a lower rate newly available. The room is a bit compact but really nice otherwise. It’s got a nice view of Pudong. The bed is comfy and firm. The flatscreen TV is huge. Lights and curtains are centrally controlled. The bathroom is spacious. And the bidet is a nice touch. The hotel offers free laundry in DIY or full service fashion. We took the DIY option for privacy reasons. A recycle of the dirty laundry from the abuse of extreme heat and humidity of Hong Kong was quite refreshing. The hotel also offers night time snack in Chinese style, such as 绿豆稀饭, 咸鸭蛋, and 包子饺子. We ended up eating light there instead going out or order takeout. The hotel is conveniently located right next to #14 metro line and about 1km from 滨江公园. Overall, highly recommended for a nice stay at a very reasonable price.

The hotel rooms are very clean, comfortable and nice, even the hotel itself is nice. But except for one of the staff, no one spoke English and their service was not good. Whatever we wanted, they gave us a reason why they didn't give us even a knife to cut fruit.

Very good check-in services. The staff responded to my needs efficiently. Room, facilities, and breakfast far from 5 star (as it is showing on the trip.com). The low-end room looks even just like a motel; gym deplorable; only one lift functions and goes to the floors of guest rooms! The location is good, with a metro line literally right next door. I had to upgrade to a suite because of the noise of the construction site across the street, and due to my very late flight. Till the end, cost of upgrading included, I should have just stayed at Lujiazui's real 5 star hotels such as Shangri-la, Hyatt or Kempinski.

The hotel is fine for the price is paid, however with baby would not recommend, the toilet was very noisy and the air conditioning was not working properly which caused us a bit of stress. Breakfast could be improved.
