Amazing hotel, best I have booked from 6 hotels across shenzhen, beijing and shanghai. Room is small, but new and deep cleaned, terrace is amazing and spacious and just a wonderful feature. Few strong negative points: room was on DND the first day and staff ignored and entered anyway, and most importantly evening prior to check out I have requested a 7 am Wake Up Call which was ignored as well, and could turn badly if I would be late for a flight. Hope management instructs staff better.

Great hotel. I only had one night there but that’s enough to have a pleasant experience. Small new hotel. Clean and tidy. Nice balcony room can be selected. Will come again ✌️

Great location and newly renovated. But there are problems. The entire floor and our room smelled very strongly of cigarettes the entire time, even though it was a non smoking room. And the smart toilet splashes you every time you sit down or flush.

The windows of the room are not close to the road and it is quite quiet. Although the room is small, the facilities in the room are very new, there is a washing machine and a small kitchen, and the sanitation is also very clean. Then there are the disadvantages: First, because it is a renovation of an old house, the backflow in the bathroom has always had an unpleasant smell. I reported it to the hotel, and the staff did come to find a solution, but this is a structural problem and cannot be cured. And this is not a problem of individual rooms, the guests living next to me are also reporting it. Second, there is no phone in the room. If there is anything, you have to run to the front desk on the first floor by yourself, which is time-consuming and laborious. Third, the introduction of the view room on the hotel page is very misleading to guests. I thought that I would spend more money to book a view room because there is an independent balcony. It is basically a large corridor connected, and anyone can come in. There is no sense of security at all. I also have to pay attention to whether the curtains are drawn and the doors are closed. I originally wanted to pursue comfort, but I ended up spending money to suffer. This is the most unsatisfactory point!
