Breakfast was delicious. The staff was super-friendly, prompt and very accommodating. The plus point is that the hotel is connected to the mall. Will definitely recommend our stay in The Intercontinental to our friends and family.

In general service was ok however restaurant staff either no understanding if English or just ignored customer. 3 mornings out of 4 the coffee order was forgotten and other requests did not materialise . Hotel location difficult if trying to arrange local taxi - very few taxi’s to be found

I went there to attend an exhibition at the end of November 24. The beautiful waitress at the front desk arranged for us to stay on the same floor. The rooms were next to each other and the service was in place. The overall facilities were complete and very clean. I could fall asleep without drawing the curtains at night and looking at the night view (I felt that this was the meaning of making money). Next to it was a large supermarket where I could buy all kinds of daily necessities and choose gifts. There were endless taxis when I went out, and the waiter at the door would help you call or intercept them, which was great. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious, with food from various countries and regions. BTW, the egg rolls they made were delicious.

Located next to the shopping mall, convenient for shopping. The room is big enough and clean. The breakfast taste and selection are average for a 5-star hotel in downtown Dubai. The restaurant staff are friendly and courteous, but hot drinks are occasionally missed.
