The staff was extremely friendly, very kind very helpful amazing even though the environment is quaint, and the rooms are neat and small. It is very efficient and very comfortable. Stay very close to the airport.❤️

Friendly, helpful and communicative staff. We had forgotten some items and they made arrangements to send them to our next location. Convenient airport shuttle as well, with a handy packed breakfast.

close to airport, in a village which has small roads. good breakfast and shuttle service, friendly reception,. but the bedding was not clean. the pillow smells smoke and there was hair on bed sheets. But reception helped to change the bed sheets immediately! the service was very good.

Choosing this hotel for my next day early flight. Environment quite nice and comfortable. Reception staff is friendly. They also provide transport to Airport. Very convenient for traveller.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helped our taxi driver confirm the location. She also upgraded our rooms and suggested local dinner spots.

Good stay near the Pudong Airport. Free shuttle to the Airport. Staff was kind to help carry the luggages.

We can not get good food or buffet like other hotel only packed Chinese food . Just ok only for the stay. No shops near but have to depend only on taxi .. very close to airport. That’s it ..!! Hotel staff are very kind and helping nature.
