The hotel was excellent. After check-in, a staff member called to check on my stay and specifically inquired about the hotel's internet, which was fantastic. It offers great value for money, with a lively shopping mall right next door. The front desk service was also excellent.

The hotel lobby boasts a truly distinctive design. Our room was immaculately clean and completely odor-free, and the amenities provided were of excellent quality. The afternoon tea was absolutely delightful. The surrounding area offers a full range of facilities, making it incredibly convenient for both transportation and shopping.

Arrived early at the hotel and received a room upgrade. The two-night prepaid package I booked offered excellent value for money, especially as it included Executive Lounge access. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, and the afternoon happy hour on the 25th floor was also very enjoyable. Overall service was excellent; the staff even proactively offered to replenish amenities. Fitness and swimming facilities were also available. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The hotel's location near Nanpu Bridge in Pudong is quite convenient. There's Printemps Department Store and a variety of restaurants catering to all budgets nearby. JinZun Wetland Park is just across the street, perfect for a leisurely walk on a nice day. While the subway station is a bit of a walk, it's still quite manageable. Front desk service was excellent. I was upgraded to a higher floor room, and everything from luggage storage to borrowing a charger and arranging airport parking went smoothly. They also proactively offered a complimentary member drink. The facilities are quite comprehensive. My only suggestions would be to add a capsule coffee machine and improve the quality of the toiletries. Breakfast was good, offering a decent variety of options.

Stayed at Crowne Plaza Shanghai for 5 nights — great location for a bus trip, very close to the Shanghai Expo Center and easy to catch a DiDi anytime. The room was super comfy, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location, with numerous shopping malls nearby and the subway station easily accessible. The hotel itself is gorgeous. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a garden-view room, which featured a very large bed and even offered distant views of Pudong's iconic skyline (the 'Pudong Three-piece Set'). The room was spacious, the bed incredibly comfortable, and it was exceptionally quiet, ensuring a truly peaceful night's sleep. Cleanliness was absolutely spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a very extensive spread. We also thoroughly enjoyed the à la carte dining on the ground floor.

The front desk service was very satisfactory, and then, er, the family checked in together, er, and it was generally recommended that they would come again next time.

Very good experience of staying in Crowne Plaza Shanghai Jinxiu. The location is the centre of Pudong district and next to a shopping centre called Spring of Paris. I enjoyed the foods around the hotel which is the first and foremost thing when I come back to China :) The room is very clean and services are also good. The price is quite attractive considering it's a 5-star brand. I also had a coffee in the bar which has quite big space and nice desserts. Highly recommended.

You really have to make an effort to get something to eat or drink in the hotel restaurant. The staff should be trained to actively approach (also foreign guests) and ask for drinks or food requests.

The receptionist and the door service staff is very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic. The room is well organized, with enough surfaces pace to work and put my things. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good spread and the food was well-prepared and of good quality. A suggestion.
