I came here with my son and we had a blast. He was in heavan with ultraman in every place he looked!! The only thing that was inconvenient was they it was so far from the city centre. The hotel provided passes to ocean park which was amazing!

My son is an Ultraman fan and he loved staying at this hotel and enjoying at this theme park, similar level of excitement comparing with his last visit to the Ultraman hometown in Japan.  Despite there were some communication issues happened between the hotel and Trip.com, both teams tried their best to solve the issue and support us.  Special thanks to the Trip.com lady (sorry that I forgot to ask for her name) who spoke with me several rounds for exploring solutions.  Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Roger Yao (the manager on duty of Ultraman Hotel in the afternoon on 05Apr) who successfully made my son happy again after a disappointment.  Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

It was truly an exciting experience for Ultraman fans..the moment we stepped into the hotel area, man-size Ultraman figurines can be seen everywhere. The Ocean park was also a wonderful experience, especially the Ultraman show in the ultraman theme theatre. The concierge staff was extremely helpful and nice though he is just an intern. This experience is just awesome!

The room is a blind box. When checking in, you draw a light energy card and randomly draw the Ultraman Torrekia theme room, which comes with a free Ultraman Zero pillow. The kids are super happy. Staying for one night, you can enter and exit Haichang Ocean Park unlimited times for 2 days, which is quite cost-effective. The staff No. 0086 at the front desk is friendly and kind, and will answer any questions you have.

The bed in the room was big and very clean! The restaurant's dinner buffet was very cost-effective! 128 per person, two big and one small! Because the movie at night needed to be booked, I called the hotel front desk, and the male staff Xiao Fang helped to book in advance, thank you very much. In general, the package is still very cost-effective, Ultraman Pavilion, the little boy really loves it.

To check in at the Ultraman Hotel, you need to go to the Haichang Resort Hotel to check in. The Ultraman Hotel and the Resort Hotel have different windows for registration. It is recommended to ask the on-site staff which one is faster. After checking the order, the hotel will give us the Haichang Park ticket in the form of a photo. It is recommended to buy a hotel package that includes tickets. It is not cost-effective to buy tickets separately. The package ticket can be used from the end of the registration until the park closes on the day of check-out. It is also very quick and convenient to enter and exit the park by face scanning. If there is enough time, coming early on the day of check-in is equivalent to staying one night and you can enter and exit the park for two days without limit. We arrived at the store at around 13:30 in the afternoon and gave us the room card after the registration. We don’t have to wait until after 3 pm. After understanding, the staff said that if there is a room, it will be given directly to the guests, because those who come to check in usually bring their children and don’t have to come to get the room card after 3 o’clock, which makes it inconvenient to play. If the previous guests have not reached the check-out time or the room is full the day before, they need to go to the park first. The hotel concierge provides free luggage storage service, and you can also send the room if you need it. The hotel service model is very humane. When checking in, children will be given three gifts: a commemorative light energy card (electricity can be obtained) drawn at the front desk, a blind box gift, and two game coins. Although it is the first time to come here, the gift during this period is a Zero doll pillow, which Xiaobao likes very much. The mini cinema on the second floor of the hotel can be watched for free after reservation, and the game coins can be played on the third floor. The only inconvenience is that after the check-in, you need to pass through an open-air square to get to the Ultraman Hotel after walking out of the middle passage of the resort hotel. It is about less than 100 meters, which is a bit far. The park entrance for hotel guests is in the open-air square between the two hotels. Generally speaking, it takes about three minutes from parking to check-in and check-in to the park. Next is the children's favorite place, the resort hotel passage. There are several Ultraman statues on the square all the way to the hotel entrance, and there is a big Zero on the outer wall of the hotel. There are Ultraman elements everywhere in the room and on the corridor wall. Even slippers, cups and towels have Ultraman. It is a paradise for children. There is also an Ultraman theme pavilion in Haichang Park for eating, watching theaters and watching various Ultraman models, shopping, and a huge Ultraman statue. Finally, the hotel staff service was in line with expectations. There was a concierge at the door to take the luggage and give directions. The front desk service was also enthusiastic and responsible. In particular, the front desk guy Hu Song and the front desk supervisor Yao Haoxiang actively communicated and provided us with solutions. They did not shirk or ignore the responsibility, which is rare. I give a thumbs up to the guys. In summary, I recommend bringing Ultraman fans to play once. In addition, some people on the Internet commented that the breakfast was a little worse, but it was actually quite good.

The children like the Ultraman theme very much. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk staff Xiaoxin has a good service attitude. The hotel staff is enthusiastic. The hotel has a full Ultraman atmosphere. It is very close to the park and easy to get in and out.

The Ultraman Hotel has many Ultra elements, and they also give away Ultra dolls. You can also make an appointment to watch a movie in the small theater~ The children had a lot of fun playing, and they could sleep independently in the small bed at night. It was very safe! Recommended!

Staying at the Ultraman theme hotel is a "light-chasing journey" full of surprises. The blind box room was drawn with the Dyna theme. The children were excited about the bunk beds and the starry sky wall. The details are full of Ultraman elements, and even the wash cups have hidden Easter eggs! Free movies and AR games make the whole family have fun, but breakfast requires walking to the next door hotel, which is a bit inconvenient when there are many people. Overall, it is suitable for families with children and recommended to Ultraman fans.
