Spacious room! Perfect location in the heart of Seoul. Recommended.

I needed to swim for medical reasons so checked with them swimming temperature. They said 28-31. It wasn’t. It was freaking cold. Also in the room, it was cold. Then they told me it goes maximum 40 so put it up and just wait. It never did so I ended up calling them at 2am and requested radiator. The man who brought in the radiator said that the hotel has turned off central heating that it never works to begin with. Then why lie you ******* frauds? So I requested refund and they said they will get back to me with refund and they never did. Koreans are all ******* performative frauds.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The cleaning lady was very polite! Especially the front desk clerk, who enthusiastically helped with the luggage. The bus stops for various lines, such as Line 7021, Line 750A, etc., are just opposite the hotel. It only takes 3 stops to go to Myeongdong. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk to Seodaemun Subway Station. It only takes one bus stop to go to Seoul Railway Station, and then take the Airport Express Line to reach Incheon Airport T1 or T2 Passenger Terminal very smoothly.

Although I knew there were electrical appliances in the room when I booked the room, I didn't know it was so complete, with washing machines, kitchen supplies, etc. There is also a microwave, which is very convenient for shopping or hot milk. The space in the family room is also sufficient. The family can stay in the living room and chat at the dining table and enjoy the food. It is very comfortable. The hotel is OK, but Ctrip is very unfortunate. It deliberately cheats its own members. For the same room type, Ctrip charges 4006 yuan/night for black gold members, while Booking charges 3270 yuan/night. The key is that Ctrip also insults the IQ of members, sending text messages to tell members that the room was booked for members through Booking. After discovering that Ctrip charged a high price difference, Ctrip still refused to admit it and asked to provide evidence. Okay, I will post the evidence of your cheating members.

The location is very good, very convenient to go anywhere. Then the service attitude is gentle and polite. The room is neat and clean, mainly because it has a good sense of space. The view outside the window is also good, with lots of light but not too much heat.

We stayed here for the first time as a family on our trip to Korea. I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay in a space that felt more like home than a hotel. It's within walking distance of Seoul Station and Namdaemun, There's a Burger King next door and a small convenience store across the street. The room we stayed in this time had a mini kitchen, dishes, washing machine, refrigerator, and two toilets. Even if you go to the pool on the first basement floor every day, you can wash and dry your clothes immediately in the washing machine in the room, so you can comfortably go to the pool every day during your stay! The children also seemed very comfortable, and they wanted to spend all their time in the hotel, which was a bit of a hassle lol The hotel front desk and cleaning staff were very kind, and some of them spoke Japanese, so it was very helpful to show them search information for the shops we wanted to go to and have them call a taxi for us! Next time, we'll stay for a longer period (^^)
