Everything was good. The location. The room. There is a 24*7 convenience store downstairs. There is a machine to change currency or recharge transit card. There are options to book airport taxi or to train station. Euljiro 3 station for Line 2 and 3 is only 7-8 mins walking. There are several cafes, bakeries and restaurants around the hotel. Seoul N tower and Namsan park is also within walking distance. Seoul station is also 10-15 mins by taxi and if there is no luggage or less luggage then one can even walk there while enjoying the streets of Seoul. The hotel is new (2013) and we had a view of the tower and the Namsan mountain from the room. Myeongdong shopping street is also around 10 mins walk. There is a nice rooftop bar and restaurant on the 18th floor.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What we loved most was how conveniently located it was—close to shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. It made getting around so easy. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near 2 subway lines. Walking distance to Myeongdong shopping street, so the hotel is in a less crowded street which is good. Soundproofing of the rooms are very good too, did not hear any noises in our rooms. A bit of a bummer as we were expecting a bathtub as shown in the listing. We only got a shower instead, but it was still okay. There is daily housekeeping which is a major plus point.

Amazing service and the room was clean and cozy with convenient store right at the lobby of the hotel which makes the trip for a banana milk extra easy. The cleaning lady was also super polite and friendly! The premises was however requires a bit of walk to the centre of Myeongdong over a slightly steep hill. Overall still an excellent stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile, which made check-in and any inquiries smooth and pleasant. The room and common areas were very clean and well-maintained throughout our stay, which I truly appreciated. The location is also a big plus — it’s just a short walk to the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of eateries and cafes nearby, so food was never a problem. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The location of this hotel is good. Very convenient to go to tourists attractions. Train station is only 10 minutes walking distance. The room is quite big and the level of cleanliness is satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel for family travel as the convenience store at the lobby is quite good.

The hotel is conveniently locate and very close to the underground and aiport bus station. It is within easy walking distrance to the shopping area in Myeondong. The hotel is clean and well maintained, with a convenience store just on the ground level and luggage is given a choice to be kept in the open area next to the reception or stored in the lockers in the basement area. Clear instructions were given by the hotel staff who speak fluent English as to how to retrieve the bags from the lockers. Yet , just beware that there are 2 Nine Tree hotels in the same area and we have overlooked . We got off at the wrong bus stop and have to walk around 15 mintues to this 4 stars hotel. The staff of the other Nine Tree was believed to be well aware of the possible confusion of the travellers between the 2 hotels and we were given a printed instruction to commute from the 3 stars to our 4 stars hotel.

Very convenient location. Walking distance to myeongdong shopping street, many eatery nearby even midnight you can find small restaurants operating till 1 to 2am. There was a convenient mart just at the lobby. Thanks for the friendly service.

Here’s the translation of your review: --- This was a hotel stay with extreme ups and downs. I stayed for three nights initially, and my overall experience was good. The Sky Bar was beautiful, the room was clean, and the location was excellent. I was very satisfied with everything, and the staff were friendly. I enjoyed those three days. However, I checked out and spending one night in Busan, after that my nightmare began upon returning. I check- in late at midnight and my joyful feeling of coming back home quickly changed. The staff did not inform me that the bathtub in the bathroom had been replaced with a shower, which was disappointing. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the bed linens had stains and didn’t seem clean. The carpet felt a bit moldy, and there were some old stains on the toilet seat, making it feel unclean. I immediately went back to the front desk for help in changing rooms, but unfortunately, the staff said there were no available rooms for a swap and that I would have to wait until the next day, I not feeling she was truly want to help me. They also asked me to pack my luggage in the other morning for room changing. I still needed to stay for four more nights, and I felt it was disrespectful for the hotel to treat returning guests this way. What should I do since I have to stay here for another three nights? I hope the hotel can give me a satisfactory response. I have attached photos for a fair comparison: the first five show the cleanliness issues, while the last three are of the satisfactory hotel corridors and room. I hope the hotel can have a good condition room changing for me tomorrow morning.

Room with Namsan Tower view, location nearest to Line 2,3,4 sub-stations. Basement 3 there is locker room for luggage storage easy to use.

We appreciated the size of the room, it was relatively spacious and quiet! Generally clean and they do housekeeping everyday. The location is really good as it’s really near to most of the places that we wanted to go. There’s a nearby kbbq that’s super good too! Like just 3-5min walk! Convenient store just in the hotel too — bought like water, coffee, even lotion there. I think the downside would be the toilet is kinda small and it’s a bathtub kind of toilet (if it’s your thing then i guess it’s okay!) no toothbrushes and toothpaste provided though!

Spacious room with large window. Can look up at the sky at night for moon bathing and at N Seoul Tower in the morning. Convenient store at hotel lobby. A variety of restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. Easy walk (10mins) to Myeongdon area - passing a famous cathedral church
