The beautiful lady Xiao Yang helped me with altitude sickness relief and comforted me before the ambulance arrived. I am really grateful to her. She took the initiative to leave her phone number with my family so that we could call her anytime. She even called me after get off work in the evening to ask if I was feeling better. With such excellent employees, Seda Wasu Hotel will definitely get better and better! Excellent employees and excellent hotels must be a two-way journey!"

The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and patient. Check-in and check-out were very efficient, and they patiently answered any questions I might have. The service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The hotel breakfast was also excellent—a wide variety of options, clean and hygienic, with home-style and delicious flavors. I ate very comfortably. Overall, I had a fantastic stay; the environment was clean and quiet, and the price was incredibly reasonable. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!"
