Very pleasant pre-check-in experience, the room has a large yard, very convenient, you can cook your own barbecue. The butler service is very good, very intimate, and also took the initiative to help us take the luggage to the station. It was very hard to get up early in the morning. The room was very clean and hygienic. You went to the station of Sedayuan Buddha College.

This was my second visit to Sertar, and my first time staying at the Washu Grand Hotel. The young ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful and had excellent service attitudes. They assisted me with booking a visit to the Buddhist Academy and were very patient. There was also warm ginger tea available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The room even came with complimentary sweet fruit. The breakfast was light, healthy, and comfortable, making us feel right at home with their warm and attentive service. Big thumbs up for the Washu Grand Hotel!!!

Probably the best hotel I have stayed in West Sichuan. It is newly opened and tasteful. The most important thing is clean. Even I think it is not in line with Wanfeng and Four Points by Sheraton (excluding useless gyms) than the Casa Hotel I stayed at yesterday. Much better, very warm, and the facilities are very good. 酒店還不錯，空間很大，衞生也很乾凈，裝修比較簡潔，旁邊就是色達客運站，距離金馬草原遊客集散中心也比較近，附近蠻多吃的，就是早上6-7點的時候會比較吵，可能是客運站那邊的聲音

Checking into the hotel was convenient and quick, the room was well-equipped, clean and hygienic, and there was free parking right outside. Breakfast at the hotel next door was very good, and it wasn't far from the distribution center.
