A little bit far away from the historical center, Intramuros etc, still most of the biggest shopping malls are somewhat close. No deposit box in the room. It’s equipped with some sort of “kitchen”, but no plates etc inside. Very comfortable bed. The staff tries to be very helpful, still you have sometimes to remind your request because tend to forget something. Breakfast was awful. This one definitely has to be improved since there’s a very little choice (like three dishes) and sometimes even that comes to an end so you have to wait for new buffet portions. Instant, not brewed, coffee.

Everything about Solaire is highly recommended. It was our first time staying here, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. From check-in to check-out, every process was smooth and efficient. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities are top-notch, and the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from our room was simply superb. We genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. Solaire exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

We are happy to stay in Gordon's place, very convenient to everything, the pool is good overlooking manila bay. We enjoyed a lot in here, very new building, and quiet place. Will definitely come back here .

This place is very beautiful. Facing Manila bay with stunning Sunset. The Balcony Facing Okada casino and there is garden view. The swimming pool Direct Facing manila bay. When it's Sunset time. Its all Red in the sky. Its a resort Type. There are many restaurants and Bars in okada casino. Which is 2mins Walk from the place. I really enjoy staying here and will definitely come back again. The host is very responsive Too

It's not a hotel, it's a residence concept The location is right next to Okada. Just cross the railroad crossing Okada entrance/exit vehicle checkpoint appears The accommodation I stayed in was on the 14th floor, and the room was a two-room in Korea You can think of it as a Korean two-room When you open the door and go in, there is a living room with a dining table, sofa, and sink and a room with a bed next to it, and inside the room there is a bathroom structure It seems okay for a couple or a Honda, but it seems a little awkward for two men It's a blue building next to Okada, and when you first go there, the guard in front will assign you the building number (cluster) you received, and he will guide you to the entrance The entrance is inside the parking lot of the first-floor building It has simple cooking utensils, a refrigerator, a microwave, and dishes It doesn't seem to have regular TV broadcasts, but you can watch simple things such as an Xbox game console and YouTube When you reserve a room, the manager will contact you through Trip.com Messenger and WhatsApp (messenger app) Details will be contacted If you don't have WhatsApp, you can install it and use it. It's not difficult It has a good location, is cost-effective, and doesn't seem bad Well, this may vary depending on personal taste or inclination Also, you can come in for a massage on-site, but please check the ID on the first floor and send it to me.

Our family and me enjoyed a lot in Gordon's apartment, this place is very good, spacious , and comfortable, like we don't want to go out of the room. The lightings, the smart TV, the internet , all are lux equiped. We have memorable experience here will definitely come back soon.

The room and the hotel building were clean and tidy! There was a microwave, kettle, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator in the room, which was very convenient! I didn't quite know how to use the dryer, and I didn't know how to use it when I called the front desk, so it would have been helpful if there was a sign explaining how to use it. We stayed with five people and only had the bare minimum amenities, but there were only two toothbrushes, shampoo, and body soap. There were five bath towels, but only one hand towel. Maybe it was just because we checked in early, but it would have been helpful if there were enough for everyone. The pool was large and beautiful, but it would have been nice to have a place to rest right next to the pool! There was also a gym, and it was quite close to the airport and shopping malls, so it felt like it was within walking distance!

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
