"The hotel is in a good place if you’re coming from the airport, just 15 minute by metro. It’s another 15 minutes by metro into the city. The hotel is good for a budget traveler. The breakfast is very nice, lots of different options to choose from. My room was on the bottom floor and it was little noisy at night being right next to the car park. The shower could use a door because it does get wet when you shower."

"Excellent Location, but Room for Improvement in Services The hotel’s location is ideal, with direct access to the lake and a beautiful surrounding area. Regarding amenities, while there are several options (sauna, gym, steam bath), the overall experience does not match that of other Marriott hotels I have visited. There were some shortcomings in the room that should not have been present. For instance, the shower gel dispenser was empty upon my arrival, and I had to notify the reception. Items such as toothbrushes, bathrobes, and slippers were not provided in the room but could be collected from the entrance. I would prefer these essentials to be available in the room initially. The breakfast was satisfactory, though not as rich as in other Marriott locations. There was a delay in the process of entering the restaurant, with only one staff member handling guest seating. This occasionally led to wait times of up to 10 minutes during peak hours (notably on 4 out of the 8 days of my stay). However, the staff was impeccable—extremely polite, professional, and always willing to assist. If some improvements are made in amenities and organization, the hotel could offer a more complete and enjoyable stay."

"Was a little way out of town but tube close by didn’t take long to get into everything not many bars or eating places there but was a couple that was good and two supermarkets really close"

"Very modern design with sustainability in mind. There’s a fee to store luggage at the basement within hotel parking area. Location is close to Tivoli Gardens but a bit of walk going to town centre.Staffs are very friendly. Had an amazing time at the spa area too."

"I had a fantastic short term stay at Stay Nordhavn in Copenhagen. The apartment was modern, spacious, and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. It included a washing machine and cooking facilities, which were incredibly convenient for a longer stay. The balcony offered a great view, adding to the overall comfort and experience. The interior design was minimalist yet functional, with a cozy ambiance that made it a relaxing place to return to after exploring the city. The location is excellent—close to two metro stations, Nordhavn (M4 & S-train) and Orientkaj (M4), making it easy to get around. It’s near the city center, providing quick access to major attractions while being in a quieter, modern neighborhood. Despite being away from the airport, it’s still easily accessible, with a journey time of about 30–35 minutes via public transport. The typical route involves taking the M2 metro from Copenhagen Airport (CPH) to Kongens Nytorv, then transferring to the M4 metro towards Orientkaj, and alighting at Nordhavn or Orientkaj. Overall, I highly recommend Stay Nordhavn for travelers looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-connected apartment stay in Copenhagen. Whether you’re staying for a short visit or an extended trip, it’s a great choice for convenience and comfort!"

"The room was clean and spacious, with a small balcony and a nice view. The kitchen area provided tableware and cleaning supplies for making a simple breakfast. There was a washing machine in the bathroom, but no laundry detergent was provided."

"The last hotel in Copenhagen, this is a warm and beautiful city. The hotel is in a good location, very close to Newport and many attractions. Breakfast is good, there are more choices, fresh ingredients. There are many bicycles at the entrance of the hotel, which is estimated to be for guests. Because the wind is too big to use, this city is indeed suitable for bicycles."

"The location is great! Buy a bus ticket on the first floor of the airport: 30 kronor. Take 5C to the hotel entrance. A total of 12 rooms, I live on the 2nd floor, the scenery is absolutely amazing! The lobby coffee machine on the first floor has hot water for 24 hours (no money). Although it is snowing outside, the room is very warm and has a great view outside the window! Maybe because I am on the boat, I sleep very well! It is very convenient to walk to the city center for10-15 minutes! It is best to bring an earplug, because there is a bridge next to it, the sound of back and forth can still be heard, with earplugs, the experience here is full! (No elevator 😅"
