"Great Location right next to the long-distance bus station, the Rigsarkivet, the S-Bane stop Dybbelsbro and within close walking distance of main station, Tivoli and the meat packing district. Hotel is simple but sufficient and fairly clean. Unfortunately a sign said that the gym was temporarily closed. And we were all awoken when the fire alarm rang at midnight, which turned out to be a false alarm."

"Great location for the Ørestad area, Royal Arena and also conveniently close to airport. Fast metro connection to city center. The hotel itself is simple, but clean and provides everything needed. Cool model of the development area in the lobby"

"Strategically located, only 5 min on foot from Copenhagen Central station. A lot of hotels in this area and I think Hotel Mayfair quite stood out with its bright signage and big building. The room itself was clean and quite spacious, enough for 3 travellers. However, some things to note include - there's no fridge in the room so you will have to store your perishables in the staffs fridge in the luggage room, no kettle and also cups provided are too small for even coffee provided. One letdown was the poor ventilation for bathroom. There was some kind of odd smell from the toilet every time we entered the room. Staff were all attentive and helpful, they helped us with filling up hot water and storing our bags before checking in."

"This i hotel is ”ok” but after staying at this hotel a couple of times so far this year (and several times previous years), I plan to select another hotel the next time. The most annoying issue is the long checkin and checkout and the impolite and rude behaviour of the reception staff. They admit that the checkin takes time and motivate it by saying that ”it sometimes takes one hour to checkin” (meaning ”be happy, your checkin took ”35 minutes””). The second annoying issue is that the furniture is dirty (see the photos). However, the breakfast is good and the breakfast staff is kind, pleasant and service oriented. After staying at a hotel in three continents 40 nights so far this year, some of these nights at airport hotels, I think this hotel does not correspond to its number of stars and how airport hotels (of this star number) are."

"I was in the double room, 17m2, for one night, paid around 700dkk. This size is more than enough for one person. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, there is a small kitchen with microwave, plates, forks, knives, glasses (nothing to wash the dishes though). There are several towels, all in an area where we can store all our belongings. It is a very convenient and optimized room. As people say, the toilet/shower room is small but I thought it was enough for one person at a time. And it was clean. I needed a cheap room close to the airport and this hotel was at 2 Metro stops from the airport, so very good in terms of location. With a big mall across the street (many shops, restaurants, a big supermarket). The metro is also direct to the city centre, around 10min ride."

"We went to the hotel by car. There is a long way to the hotel. If you take public transportation, you have to walk a lot to get in. Halfway through the drive, you will see the horse farm and the residents who are riding horses, and you will arrive at the hotel after you pass through the stalls. This hotel is also famous for its own golf club, and there are many members depending on the number of parking lots. The castle hotel itself is actually not big. The first floor is mainly a restaurant of decent scale, a guest lounge, and of course a conference hall. The middle terrace on the second floor is actually another restaurant, which can be reserved for businessmen to start a buffet lunch. You can go up and take a look or take pictures when you are not in the dining time. Regarding the rooms, it should be noted that regardless of whether the room type has an auxiliary building or not, as long as it has a balcony or a terrace, it is in the auxiliary building. The main building, which is the only white building, all rooms have no balcony and terrace, including luxury suite. We ordered a room with a terrace, which is actually on the first floor of the annex building next to it. The terrace is a small garden where the back door goes out, but it is not all enclosed. Anyone can walk in directly from the outside. Of course, we have not encountered such a problem. Reasonable people who came directly to sit on our terrace sofa, but it is undeniable that this terrace is a bit disappointing. We also asked the hotel about this, because there is no annex building next to this room type, and the response we got is that the main building and the annex building are connected by underground passages, so all are counted as castles even if the ground looks separated and the colors are different. There was no alternative, we accepted this explanation. We tried the underground passage and it was a bit detour, but it was really convenient on rainy days, but it was very unsuitable for carrying luggage, so our luggage was parked directly at the entrance of our annex building and then moved in. The hotel’s breakfast is more traditional, it is a cold meal. There are not many varieties and it looks exquisite. If you need scrambled eggs, you need to ask the waiter. It is recommended to sit down and look at the menu on the table before deciding. Different egg methods have a difference between a charge and no charge. Although it is almost the same thing, we came up because we did not read the menu blindly and listen to the waiter’s introduction, and we were not told to charge. I'll be a little dumbfounded in the future. But the taste is good. I personally don't like the whole cold meal. It may be the Chinese stomach can't stand it, so it is recommended to order a scrambled egg for no extra charge. Generally speaking, the room is exquisite, the toilet is slightly small but the retro style is very good, the writing desk is special and style I like it, and it is worth mentioning that I asked the front desk for hot water, and then gave me one Come over with a hot water kettle. As a Danish hotel that generally does not have a hot water kettle, this is worth extra points."
