"When I found out it was next to bar (chasers) I was skeptical on top of that i’ve had a lot of bad experience with choice hotels however this one gets 4 starts the layout of the room was very comfy home like even their breakfast is not so great, but what are you gonna do? Very quiet all day and night one thing that got a little bothered was the WiFi was very slow and the tv controller didn’t work BUT over all this hotel is ok for one night stay"

"Quite a nice hotel for an airport stopover, and the shuttle bus was very convenient and easy to use. Unfortunately nothing local within walking distance. In the description, the restaurant attached to the hotel sounds like a function room facility, however I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the bar area is also a casual dining room and sports bar (But family friendly...pic attached). Food was good and the staff friendly, so was perfect for an overnight stopover. Would stay here again."

"Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There is a shuttle bus to the airport. The air conditioner and refrigerator are noisy. The bed was comfortable. Service is efficient. Sanitation is done very well. There are gas stations and fast food nearby."

"There is no shuttle from the airport and trip does not include the telephone number to the hotel. Breakfast is dry cereal and no hot water for instant coffee. I had to take a taxi at airport to get there and with no telephone number of the hotel almost one hour to get there 45 dollars for the taxi making this no Bragin. stay somewhere else unless you have a car until trip.com gets there act together. In the morning I had to take city pubic bus to station, "

"The location had not much around and out of the way, but the room and breakfast were good. Chicago has new rules about prepaid cards not being accepted for deposits but this hotel did the time I was there."

"Feel thankful getting the room arrangement checking call. It’s a traveler friendly place tea at the front desk, gas and bus stop is walk-achievable distance with affordable price. Would be nicer if the sink didn’t stuck."

"Price pretty much reflected experience. Picked this hotel because it was cheaper than others in the area, very close to O’Hare, and had a free airport shuttle. Lobby and outside of building was slightly deceiving; the atmosphere significantly dwindled once you got to the hallways. Dark, small and creepy looking hallways with no elevator. Rooms were okay. Bathroom was clean but toilet had an ugly industrial handle and pretty much all of the towels had stains on them. Various stains around the room too, such as the curtains which had many odd looking marks (hopefully not blood??) and the comforters had a couple of weird looking spots too. Everything else was fine except for the fact that the fan unit was completely broken and it was hot all night. Service was helpful and the free shuttle was a huge plus, but overall a pretty dingy and outdated hotel. Also, kind of a picky note but vending machines in the lobby only took small bills; no cards."

"Hotels near the airport. There is a parking space at the door. 5 minutes drive from the airport. There is a fashion mall opposite, which can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, or 3-5 minutes by car. The room is relatively spacious, the bed is very large, the quilt is very comfortable, the sound insulation is super good, and I sleep until 8 o'clock in the morning. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the airport, which departs every 30 minutes. The driver is very kind and will help with luggage. Remember to tip. The front desk staff was average and not welcoming. No breakfast"

"Very convenient spot next to O'hare with the complimentary shuttle running every 15 minutes. Fun place to eat at the 1st floor as well. Would be even better if they had free water in each room."

"The staff at the front desk are friendly, they provide free airport drop-off, and the driver helps with luggage, which is very good👍The foyer is small and has a sense of design. Didn't order breakfast. Very close to the outlets, within walking distance. Not far from the airport or blue line subway, but requires a taxi. The view outside the room window is great, you can watch the highway and planes taking off and landing, but of course it's a bit noisy. The room is generally hygienic and the facilities are quite complete."
