"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hue Hotels and Resorts Puerto Princesa, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel features a modern and stylish design that creates a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was excellent - clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bunk beds were a fantastic addition, especially for families, and the main bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the famous Robinsons Shopping Mall is just next door, making everything very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the rooftop pool was absolutely amazing - perfect for relaxing after a long day. The child playroom and gym facilities were also well-equipped and enjoyable. We also tried the in-house massage spa, which was a very relaxing and satisfying experience."

"The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi is stable. Unfortunately, it's hard to sleep in the hostel because the walls are quite thin. Especially if your dorm is near the kitchen, the smell also gets into the room, and it's difficult to sleep because the kitchen is noisy during preparation, and you can hear everything due to the thin walls."

"Affordable and quality hotel! We stayed in a Pool Access Queen Room, which was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They also gave us a complimentary 2-hour extended stay since our free airport transfer was scheduled 4 hours after our original check-out time. The staff were approachable and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was also delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel! 👌🏻"

"We booked aziza when in still in korea.so when i reach pinas no more hassle.Its a grauation gift for my 3 children since i just 2 weeks to stay in pinas its our family bonding.the moment i step in airport 2 kuya's are very polite they have pick up and drop off which is very convenient.Receptionist is very friendly and amazing always wear a smile in their faces.Instead of booking a tour we decided not to since the hotel having a very good amenities.Breakfast is fantastic pancakes are verry cute.What trully Aziza unique from the people whos working from their hearts Keep it up Aziza.Highly Recomended God Bless"

"Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! "Hands down the best and most value-for-money hotel I've stayed at in the Philippines! Even without considering the price, the hotel itself easily deserves a perfect score. The front desk staff were super friendly and gave us a free room upgrade. The whole hotel just made my eyes light up – stepping from a regular street into this villa-like world was amazing. The room was comfortable, and the shower was great (heaven knows how rare that is in El Nido!). All the staff were incredibly friendly. The restaurant food was consistently delicious. And the best part? Free airport shuttle during working hours! It was so good, I just had to give this hotel a thumbs up."

"Room is clean, with friendly and nice staffs. Located just opposite the public market whereby you can get lots of fruits, vegetables etc. There are nearby supermarkets n small malls where you can get snacks and necessities. Also walking distance to SM mall. It is nearby the airport too. By tuk tuk it cost you 150 to get go airport. Walking distance to Baywalk where you can enjoy sunset and nice seafood dinners. Or relaxing stroll along the busy baywalk. Paid 300 to get to the other side Sicsican where Ka Joel, baker’s Hill, etc are."
