"Let's start with the location: it's a bit isolated, but it has a large, spacious, beautiful lobby, meticulously maintained. At the front desk, you'll find very kind staff who will help you with any small problem or request. Initially, I only planned to stay one night, but given the enchanting surroundings and numerous attractions like Sky Ranch and boat trips, I extended my stay to three nights. The price for a single room, as I was traveling alone, is around €20, with some fluctuations, which should be about 1500 Philippine Pesos. The reason for this price is that the room has basic furnishings; for example, there's no shower curtain and the sink is really tiny. There's a restaurant in the residential complex, and you can have breakfast at a cafe opposite the entrance. I had a small issue with the electricity when I first arrived, and after calling the front desk, they immediately sent a technician who fixed it in under 15 minutes. They provide toothbrushes, soap, and slippers. Here's a tip: download the Food Panda app for food and Joyride for transportation, and as long as it's not the weekend, you shouldn't have any trouble ordering. The pool is a bit small, located on the west wing of the reception area. With a few small improvements, especially in the bar area and by blowing away some leaves with a leaf blower, this could be a premium hotel. Lastly, they have parking available if you want to rent a car or motorcycle."

"We stayed for Christmas eve. They have a lot of activities for the kids. Face painting, cinema, foam party and card making. Free snacks and juice and giveaways too. Their rooms are clean. Good food! Three restaurants inside to choose from. This is our second stay already."

"We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool"

"I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained."

"The room i bought has its own terrace that feels so homey. Very good service and very accomodating and kind staffs/interns. The place is easy to locate. parking is perfect also. there is a coffee shop nearby and supermarket for easy access to food and beverages you will be needing. The manager on duty is polite and courteous in any way. I will definitely comeback to this good ambience place 🥰"

"Hello, I would like to commend on how alta d' tagaytay handled our entire vacation. We stayed there for three days and 2 nights and I could really say that their service is superb, high class and you are really going to get the value of service that you have paid for. From their very accommodating frontdesk to the food servers and housekeeping staff. They keep on greeting every guest with a smile like it's always their first time to see us everyday. Their shuttle is also one call away and very fast, not to mention their drivers that are also very polite and knowledgeable. They even provide an instruction regarding the floors of the amenities and restaurants within the building. As for the restaurants, they have a variety of food that you can choose from. Their breakfast buffet is also magnificent and if I am going to rate the food that we have tasted , I would give it a 10/10 Regarding our room, we had a very relaxing experience. Upon opening the door, you will be welcomed by the classy cleanliness and smell of the air freshener. Make up room requests are also fast accommodated by housekeeping but the most important part that has caught our attention was the complimentary birthday cakes that were provided by the hotel to our 2 daughters. That makes it more magical. Lastly, the pool is very accessible right beside La Cresta restaurant and they even have a lifeguard to look after your kids if ever. The Jacuzzi has just the right amount of warmness. They even provide laundry bags for your wet clothes (not all hotels provide that) even some of the highest rated ones. Overall, the view, the staff, the service, amenities and superb all around experience is enough to say that we would definitely return to this hotel."

"Had fun for our second anniversary. One of the best affordable resorts in Tagaytay. All nearby stores stay open up until late and all staff are very welcoming and accomodating. The view is the best and some ammenities that are usually pay to use can be used here for free such as the sauna and the jacuzzi."

"Super Easy and Affordable. Ambilis kausap ng assistants. Ok naman ang rooms comfy naman. Ung Heater lang sa kabilang room and no wifi plus no flush and bidet sa isang room. But all in all just minor things ksi nakiligo nalang sa kabilang room. For its price, amenities and location. 5/5"

"The location of the hotel is excellent. Basically, you can take the bus to Olivarez and get off and walk to the hotel. There is a mall across the road. There are also supermarkets and restaurants in the mall, which is very convenient. In terms of transportation, if you are a self-driving person, the hotel provides parking spaces, but there are not many. We are backpackers and do not drive, but there is a Tricycle gathering next to the Mall opposite, which makes it easy to get in and out. You can also ask the hotel staff to ask Tricycle to pick you up at the door. If you want to return to Manila from Tagaytay, you can basically stop the bus at the door. The hotel staff are very nice, neatly dressed, smiling and polite. The room is small but tidy. Towels are provided, but there are no hair dryers and cups. The hotel is designed with environmental protection and sustainable development in mind. Toothbrushes, toothpaste and slippers must be obtained from the staff. (Of course it is best to bring your own) There is no hot water boiler in the room, but you can refill it freely in the public space. Every corner of the room has environmentally friendly designs, which I really appreciate. There is a cafe on the roof with a nice view, but there will be people singing loudly at night until at least 11pm. You can hear it in the room, it's a bit noisy. We all fell asleep singing."
