"When you book, you won't be able to contact the property owner. You'll just have to find the caretaker when you arrive. The area is really vast, which makes it a bit creepy. But it's great, especially if you have a pet. The rooms are clean, but I don't know what the issue is, as many offices and restaurants are closed and dusty, adding to the creepiness of the place. Good thing many of us booked on that day, so our worries disappeared. On the second day, we were the only ones left, but our anxiety was gone. The caretakers, Ate and Kuya, were super kind, 5/5. If you ask if we'd go back there, my answer is YES. It's perfect if you're looking for a quiet place. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool; it was clean and relaxing."

"They leave the outdoor light on ALL night long. You can’t get to sleep they are so bright. Then they come by and shut them off at @ 0400. Doesn’t make any sense. If they are worried about security. Lock the front gate and use tv monitors. I will not recommend this facility for that one reason"

The atmosphere was very refreshing, especially with the cool Tagaytay weather. The villa was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The amenities were great, and everything we needed was easily accessible. The location was also convenient, with nearby restaurants and attractions just a short drive away. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, which made our stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience. Highly recommended for group staycations and barkada trips in Tagaytay!"

"The plus of Taal Vista Hotel: Good service, acceptable food quality, incredible view, very nice spa/wellness center, good location. The cons of Taal Vista Hotel: rooms should have been renovated at least 5 years ago (but fair size). They just started with one small part of the building, but at this speed, expect 5 more years. Also, we could hear our room neighbours receiving sms (ping!), just as an indication of the level of privacy! Swimming Pool is small and there is no real gym. We won't go again."

"Flush water smelled bad (I stayed in other hotels where they recycled water to be flush water and it never smelled like that) Mosquitoes in the room and the cafe. Good thing is that there were no service charge when I ordered room service or when I dined in the cafe. The hotel check in was fast I didn’t have cash for deposit so they allowed that but I couldn’t charge to room, either pay by card or cash. There was no problem with paying with cc for room service or in the cafe. The entrance to the hotel was a bit hidden so make sure to pay attention to the signs."
