The staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always willing to help, which really made the experience even better. The amenities were excellent, well maintained, and added a lot of comfort to the stay. "The door lock had a low battery, and we were unable to enter the room after returning from outside. We reported it to the lobby when we got back, but it took some time for assistance to arrive, so we had to wait in the hallway for more than 10 minutes. The internet connection was also very slow. While we were able to watch Netflix, the streaming quality was poor because of the slow speed. In addition, the TV remote barely responded. When I mentioned this to the staff member who assisted us, it worked briefly, but after watching a movie, it stopped responding again. Breakfast was supposed to be included in our package, but we were not asked about our breakfast preference during check-in. The next morning, I had to ask the reception about it, and they told us they had forgotten to take our order. They then took our order on the spot, which was already sometime past 9:00 AM. Unfortunately, it still took more than an hour for the food to be served. For a simple meal of corned beef, scrambled eggs, and rice, breakfast was served at 10:18 AM. I hope the hotel can improve these aspects of service in the future. It would also help to check facility equipment, such as door lock batteries, before assigning rooms to guests, as issues like this can cause unnecessary inconvenience."

"Positives: friendly staff (maybe too friendly); quite clean both in and out of the hotel rooms; there were barely any guests there when I checked in, and with a window-less room, it actually made for great sleep hygiene; a positive for those tired travellers that need a good nap. There's not a lot in Bacoor and the roads leading to Cavite and in the Manila direction have the most appalling traffic that I've experienced; but it is a short ride to the Manila airport (min 20 minutes by cab) , making this a potential airport hotel. The safety deposit box didn't work at first, but to the staff's credit, they replaced it very quickly. Unfortunately, the hot water just wasn't present during shower time. Buffet breakfast was okay, but it was a smaller selection than what I've seen at other hotels. As a vegan, I barely managed to find enough options. Despite some positives, I do think the hotel was overpriced. For instance, I only paid about $20 extra for my stay at the City Garden Grand Hotel, in its prime location in Makati and superior facilities."

"We stayed here last Holy Week 2024 for 2 nights. The location is good and easy to find. The restaurant needs a bit of improvement when it comes to tables and chairs and the ambiance and also the food choices. There were no pastries and cakes and no other coffee choices.They only have brewed which didn’t taste good. The room was nice and huge including the bathroom but it needs brighter lighting. Overall it was a good stay but it’s not really place to be going back to. We just tried it."

"At first i was disappointed because it's a long walk from the parking area to the room assigned to us plus the steps that you need to walk through. Then i realized i needed to walk and release some sweat. The hotel's facade is quiete tricky. It looks small but when you enter it's big. The swimming pool is very clean the staff spent a long time cleaning the area. There's a safe and cute hanging bridge and the spa and jacuzzi are also available. The staff are very accomodating. "This property is a wonderful retreat for anyone looking to relax in a clean, quiet environment. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and attentive. While the location is a bit of a trek for commuters requiring a short walk or a quick trike/motorcycle ride to reach local attractions, there are excellent dining options nearby. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Staffs are awesome and politely greet us every time. Only cons was the play area and gym.. very outdated and aiecon was not funtioning well. We stayed in panoramic room. It was awesome."
