"I chose this resort for Christmas Eve get together with family. I want us to just have dinner and not think of what to cook. I love the spacious rooms. Even it is just for 2 pax , 1 bed could still be added on the floor. I love the staff, they are all helpful and efficient. The Cmas buffet was also good. Our family loved it. The pools are ok but need to clean it a bit. When was the last time you cleaned it? Thank you also for opening ur resort to pets. We love our pets and are part of the family. Lots of families will not leave them alone at home specially during outings so I am so glad that u are open to the idea. I booked 3 rooms and all of the rooms are equally spacious and clean. Keep it up! Well done. The place is well maintained."

"One of the very first Sogo hotels we have been with. The location was perfect as it was near the places we needed to go. The food was great. We didn’t expect the serving size and the flavor of their food. The area of opportunity only is the noise. It started early in the morning waking my partner and I. But overall, it was a nice experience."

One thing we particularly loved was the hotel's pleasant scent. The lobby and common areas always smelled fresh and inviting, creating a great first impression. For those without a car, transportation is easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. One thing future guests should be aware of is the ₱2,000 security deposit per room, which is cash only. It would be helpful if this requirement were clearly communicated during the booking process to avoid surprises upon check in. The main area for improvement is the breakfast experience. The dining area is quite limited for the number of guests, especially during busy periods, and the food selection could be expanded. The hotel should consider implementing a better system for managing guests during breakfast hours to minimize waiting and crowding. On weekends, opening a function room as an additional breakfast area could be a practical solution to accommodate more guests and improve the overall dining experience.
