"Lee Botique Hotel is well placed if you arent really going around Tagaytay. Is is accessible to the main road, and you have the option of going through CALAX or Sta. Rosa Tagaytay Road. And it is literally across the road from Concordias. We booked a suite. It was spacious, with a rustic cozy feel. The downsides to it is that the suite could use more sound proofing as you can hear the vehicles along the road from the bed. It also appears that there is a need to improve their balcony door, as strong winds tend to cause it to slam, which is not good for sleep. Also, the electronic lock on the appears to be malfunctioning during our stay. Thus, we had to get assisted whenever we returned in order to get the room opened. Finally, the property wifi leaves much to be desired as disconnection and slow speeds are common. The property has heated water for baths and its own parking space."

This place is definitely one of the best! It’s spotlessly clean, very spacious, and the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. If I ever plan another staycation, this will always be my first choice. Plus, it’s conveniently close to many tourist attractions.

We enjoyed our stay at Lake Hotel. We had a view of Taal Lake (and Taal Volcano) and enjoyed having coffee with that view. Food is great and service is superb. Waiters were readily available - assisting us to bring our plate back from the buffet table and helping bring up our bags as there were no elevators. Location is great - Conti’s beside the hotel and other restaurants to the left and right. Wish I was able to swim. Great view of Taal from the pool

Very nice hotel with great views of Lake Taal, rooms are clean and well maintained, they were remodeling some rooms and repairing the steel along the roofline which added some additional noise but they were very considerate about the hours of doing necessary maintenance, the only downsides were the pool closes at 8pm when the city belows lights are very visible and the views would have been great if we were able to use it. And the restaurant was not well stocked, several of the choices we made were not available

I had a truly wonderful stay at Twin Lakes Hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was peaceful and refreshing, with breathtaking views that instantly made me feel relaxed and away from the busy city. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with a cozy ambiance that made it easy to unwind. I especially loved waking up to the cool breeze and scenic surroundings—it was the perfect escape. The facilities were also impressive, and everything was thoughtfully designed to make guests feel comfortable. What stood out the most was the warm and attentive service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Twin Lakes Hotel was memorable and relaxing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

The rooms are new and clean (we paid 2500 pesos to upgrade to a newly renovated wing), but in the room, there wasn't bathroom mat and sufficient towels (we paid for 3, and were only given 2 sets of everything). Sounds proofing was mediocre. We could hear guests talking loudly outside our room and music from the restaurant (which thankfully stopped at 9.40pm).

Summit Ridge Tagaytay

8.3/10
Very Good

Summit Ridge Tagaytay, in my opinion, is quite good. However, there are a few things that are not my cup of tea. Negative points: 1. This is my main concern. I found myself waking up every hour, especially when noisy vehicles passed by. Although there’s not much that can be done about it, I had to wear noise-cancelling headphones while sleeping. 2. Breakfast selection is just average. Enough to get you through the morning. 3. The bottom part of the shower door wasn’t properly sealed, so water leaked out every time I took a shower. 4. The weirdest issue was with the water. The faucet water for brushing teeth and washing my face smelled fine, but sometimes the shower water had a slightly unpleasant odor. Not dirty, just odd. Positive points: 1. My favorite thing about Summit Ridge Tagaytay is the view. I love that they have a sky lounge where you can take clear photos of Taal Lake. During the day, you can enjoy the lake view, and in the evening, you can capture a beautiful golden hour. 2. Great access to supermarkets, restaurants, and many other good spots nearby. 3. Free drinking water is a nice plus. 4. The amenities are also quite good, they even have swings in the lobby.

The place was very near to Picnic Grove , like a 2 to 3 minutes walk. It was very nice, the room was clean. The pool water was very cold though as Tagaytay is generally cold this time of the year. Staff and check-in were very nice and a breeze. Breakfast was delicious. The coffee was very aromatic as well. My only comment was transportation. It was a challenge to get to the hotel without Grab. Used Joyride app to book a car. Also tried other apps like InDrive LalaMove. It would be really helpful if the hotel had its own transportation. On the side, everything was OK and nice.

I booked a stay at Villa Ibarra to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view of the Taal Volcano from our room. Waking up to such a breathtaking sight every morning was truly magical and added a special touch to our celebration. We were also delighted to encounter a lot of wild monkeys around the property. It was such a unique and exciting experience that made our stay even more memorable. The breakfast at Villa Ibarra was fantastic. There was a wide variety of delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start our day, and we looked forward to it each morning. One of our favorite features was the cozy jacuzzi. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The warm water and serene atmosphere made it a perfect spot for some quality time together. Overall, our stay at Villa Ibarra was exceptional. The combination of the stunning Taal Volcano view, the exciting wildlife encounters, the delicious breakfast, and the relaxing jacuzzi made for a perfect birthday celebration for my wife. We are grateful to the staff for their warm hospitality and for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommend Villa Ibarra for anyone looking for a special and unforgettable getaway! Thank you, Villa Ibarra, for an amazing experience!

My spouse and I went to the place. The location is beautiful, but I was a bit disappointed with the service from the staff. They were very strict with the check-in time (4pm) I even asked them if they could accommodate us 15 minutes early since we arrived way too early and been waiting around after a long journey from manila. They provided coffee sachets as usual , but they forgot to provide stirrers, so I had to go back to the reception as I can't make a call because there was no phone service in the room. The shower didn’t have hot water, and only half the water was coming out, making it uncomfortable to take a proper shower. Apart from that, everything was okay & still believe that there are still lots of things to improve especially in customer service 😀 will definitely recommend & will come back soon.
