"The stay was awesome and the staff are very kind and helpful, providing very clear information to all the servives and activities we can do. We were welcomed with complimentary snacks, drinks and even wine after check in. And there is also a complimentary ramen supper available, which feeds our empty stomach after a whole day. The coffee and hot chocolate is also availavle 24 hours complimentary. There is also different onsen theme available, private and public which we had tried out all. Do note on some of the rules when using the onsen. The breakfast is very good and tasty. We had our first Japanese style breakfast and tried the local Hotou and 纳豆 as well. Location wise is slightly outskirts from the Fujikawaguchiko station but there is shuttle bus available for transfer. However, we drived but didn't had the chance to take the shuttle bus. Parking wise a lot of spaces available so that's not a worry. Ultimately, the best of the best is the Mount Fuji voew from our balcony and there is also onsen available in the room. Overall, we had a very good stay and would recommend for anyone who would like a good and comfortable stay. 5 star service."

"Nice hotel! We just arrived at the hotel entrance, and there were staff members greeting us at the door. During check-in, the process was explained clearly, and the service was excellent. A staff member was dedicated to serving us dinner, and both the dinner and breakfast tasted great. The view from our room was also very good. When we left, the hotel staff waved at us continuously. The service and quality were very good.👍👍"

"Location/Transportation: It is within walking distance from Kawaguchiko Station, and the hotel provides pick-up service. Lobby/Front Desk: Old-school waiters, polite to guests. Very quiet. Room: The main building was once the residence of the emperor, and is now used as a restaurant and entertainment venue. Accommodation in the new building, the room is ordinary, the bed is a spring bed, which is relatively soft. Hygiene: Clean. The default room is cleaned daily. Breakfast: Set meal, I like it very much. There are two alcohol stoves. Different every day. Facilities: There is a hot spring on the 4th floor of the new building, and the conditions are average. The pavilion on the 4th floor of the main building is an observation deck, where you can see the scenery of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi."

"The hotel is a 7-minute drive from Lake Kawaguchi. There is a parking lot, or you can go to the Lake Kawaguchi Information Center to ask for help from the staff and call the hotel to send a hotel car to pick you up. It will arrive within 10 days, which is very convenient. The hotel runs a bus to Kawaguchiko Station every half hour from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. When you come back, you can call them back to the hotel as before, which is very considerate. The breakfast and dinner meals are exquisite and delicious, and a separate room is prepared for dinner, where you can enjoy the delicious food slowly, which is full of style. We booked for three days and two nights, and their breakfast and dinner for two days were not enough, which surprised us. The hot spring hotel has a basement bath and an open-air hot spring on the fifth floor. Personally, I always like the open air, without the feeling of being baked, and they have an open-air hot spring where you can watch Mount Fuji and soak in the hot spring. It is very enjoyable! In addition, the hotel has a paid hot spring, and you can soak in the hot spring of Mount Fuji within half an hour. Most of the staff are polite, but not everyone at the front desk understands English. The only strange thing is that trip.com has already charged the full fee, but when I checked out, the front desk asked me to pay the full fee again. I gave the online bank statement to prove that the full fee was paid, and they spent a lot of time calling trip.com. . It turned out that the previous fee was a deposit, and we had to pay the hotel again. After 7 to 14 days, trip.com would refund the full deposit fee. I personally think this is a bit redundant. Other hotels do not need this procedure when booking through trip.com. The front desk requires She felt a little reluctant to call trip.com for us, as if we were troubling her, which made me feel that the hotel had deducted points."

"I arrived at Kawaguchiko Station in the afternoon and decided to leave my luggage at a locker near the station before visiting Oshino Hakkai. I returned to the station around 5 PM to retrieve my luggage and called the hotel to inquire about their FREE Shuttle Bus service. Luckily, I caught the shuttle bus back to the hotel in time. The driver was very polite and helpful, assisting me with my luggage both ways. The hotel had a nice and standard atmosphere, both inside and out. The staff at the lobby were friendly and spoke excellent English. They were able to provide me with all the information needed. My room was a 20 square meter Lake View Room with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. It had two single beds, a desk and chairs The entrance had a large mirror and the storage space. Unfortunately, the remaining space in the room was too small to fully open my 28-inch suitcase. Luckily, I was alone, so I used the second bed to store my belongings. The bathroom was small but well-equipped with a shower, bathtub, and an automatic toilet. The onsen was located on the 6th floor and was divided into male and female sections. It was clean and spacious. However, around 8-10 PM, it got quite crowded. If you're not accustomed to this culture, you might want to visit during the morning. (Operated Time : 3PM-2AM & 5-10 AM) The hotel restaurant offered a variety of dishes. I checked the menu and decided to purchase a dinner coupon at the lobby. The dinner buffet was served from 6-9 PM. Breakfast (7-9AM) was included in my package and was slightly different from dinner. Overall, the food was decent but not exceptional. I recommend arriving early for dinner to avoid the crowds. Key Points: - The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service every 30 minutes between the hotel and Kawaguchiko Station. - There are no convenience stores near the hotel. The hotel's convenience store has limited options. - There is only one restaurant near the hotel, and it's only open for lunch. If you don't have a car, your dining options are limited to the hotel's buffet or instant ramen (from hotel's convenient store at Lobby 1st floor)."

"Hotel provides free shuttle pickup at Kawaguchiko Station, just go to the Tourist Information Office and they will call for you. Breakfast and dinner are served well and delicious. Room has beautiful views of Mt. Fuji. After check out, hotel even help us to deliver our luggage to our next hotel ( in Kawaguchiko only). The only downside was the Onsen temperature was not hot and there’s no facial or body lotion provided."

"The hotel is in a very good location, one of the best places to take photos in Kawaguchiko. Photos 1 and 4 were taken on the balcony of the room. The bus stop No. 12 is right at the door, but the bus doesn't start until 9 am. The nice thing is that the hotel has a bus to Kawaguchiko Station. In short, it is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in Japan"
