A fantastic hotel with great amenities to make your stay comfortable , memorable and everlasting . Breakfast was delicious too . Not to mention dinner . A place we would like to return to .

Nice hotel! We just arrived at the hotel entrance, and there were staff members greeting us at the door. During check-in, the process was explained clearly, and the service was excellent. A staff member was dedicated to serving us dinner, and both the dinner and breakfast tasted great. The view from our room was also very good. When we left, the hotel staff waved at us continuously. The service and quality were very good.👍👍

The location was scenic as we could see both the lake and Mount Fuji clearly. The private Onsen had amazing view! Service was excellent and buffet was great with lots of choices. The steak was very nice! Would recommend this hotel as had a lovely time!

advantage: Good service The bed was very nice The room is clean. The shower head is ugly, but it doesn't affect the water pressure. Excellent stay. We got the whole building, large, new with fantastic room. Drinks and everything in room are included. The hotel is not far away from the Kawaguchiko station, great location and services arounds, Highly recommend it! also pick up drop off service at the train station - you can book in advance with hotel during certain hours. Hotel's staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

This might be the best place to stay near Mt Fuji! The service is incredible and the staff is very friendly! We booked a dome and loved the sauna, bath, dome, kitchen… everything! The BBQ dinner and breakfast were outstanding and the detailed cooking instructions were very clear. The bed was very comfortable as well. Only one complaint - gas grill is located inside the kitchen and the room fills with smoke. Best to open the sliding doors to let the air circulate and also clean the grill before turning it on. The staff helped us book taxis, which helped a lot, too!

The room was very big, and there was a loft with a view of Mount Fuji. The actual room was much better than the hotel pictures. We booked late, so we couldn't book dinner at the hotel, but there was a very delicious tempura restaurant next to it.

There is a mall with enough ingredients for a 15-minute walk. We cooked dinner for two days. It is more convenient to take a taxi from Kawaguchiko Station to the hotel, and it is not realistic to walk. It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi. About 100 yuan? The transportation is not too convenient. But fortunately, you can ask the staff to call a taxi for you. The last suggestion is that the bathroom floor and disposable slippers are not suitable. It is easy to slip when there is water. I fell twice... In addition, it would be great if there is a simple skin care bag! My husband and children are very satisfied with the hotel we booked in Mount Fuji this time. It is worth recommending.

The overall experience was pretty good some of the minor points for improvement: (1) hotel offers activities and most required reservation ahead of time (2-3days) which was not shared or communicated thus we were unable to participate during our stay (2) the restaurant seats were arranged with little clues though we went early we were not arranged into the place could see views (3) we forgot a coat at the hotel and was not aware until checkout the hotel has yet contacted us till now

There is a microwave, refrigerator, and fireplace. The room also has floor heating. It is beyond expectations. Hygiene: very clean Environment: The hotel is very large, with guest rooms, villas, and a spa building. The one I stayed in is considered a resort, with one building and guest rooms next door and on the second floor. The restaurant is in the main building, check-in is also in the main building, and there is a shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station
