Several bus routes right outside the hotel offer a quick two-stop ride to West Street (where the Bell Tower is located). 2. **Exceptional Front Desk Service:** The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. They provided excellent local travel tips and even offered a generous selection of complimentary snacks, tea, coffee, and useful little tools. Their service was truly commendable. 3. **Room & Bathroom:** The room itself was standard, but the bathroom was impeccably clean – a definite plus! (On a side note: I wouldn't recommend staying in a guesthouse on West Street. It's incredibly crowded, a pedestrian-only area, making taxis very inconvenient due to narrow streets, and the accommodations there tend to be older/dated.) 4. **Delicious Breakfast:** The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, all made with fresh ingredients and tasting absolutely delicious. Highly recommended! 5. **Special Shout-out to a Front Desk Staff:** The gentleman at the front desk (whose name I regrettably didn't catch) provided exceptional service. A big thumbs up to him!"
