The restaurant is clean and hygienic, which is very important for my family who are particular about their dining experience."

"Come to Jixian for a business trip to Wanshajin Hotel. This stay experience is particularly good! The rooms were cleaned very cleanly and the hygiene details were done very well. Secondly, the hotel's location is probably the best in the old town; the balcony overlooks the river and offers views of the square stage, and it's very quiet at night. The one we stayed in was a wedding suite (one room for the bride and one for the parents, not mentioned in the booking information), which might be a bit disappointing if you don't like it. I understand the hotel might want to save costs by having fixed decorations for the wedding suite, but it was clearly poorly maintained. There were various signs of pasting, and the area above the bed was covered in roughly taped decorations, with a row of hooks pointing towards the head and dangling plastic strips. It was very uncomfortable. Secondly, it's one thing for a suite not to have a mini-bar, but one room didn't have slippers (although they were replaced), another didn't have hand towels, floor mats, or tea bags, and both rooms had only the bottom of the hand soap bottles—couldn't they even replenish them? They can't even properly check rooms? What's most unacceptable is the extremely poor hygiene of the bathroom. There was hair and spiders in the shower, the water flow in the sink was very weak, and there was only one set of fire-fighting equipment? Is this the kind of condition a hotel should have? There are pictures to prove all of the above. Also, don't expect the hotel shuttle bus during holidays, as they say it's too crowded and the bus can't go. You have to carry your luggage yourself. I didn't have breakfast, so I don't know what the quality of the breakfast was and won't comment on it."

The stairs in the duplex room are particularly narrow, the feet have to walk sideways, and the marble is very slippery and steep. The room has smart curtains and toilets. The toilet cannot be covered with disposable toilet pads. The second floor of the duplex is very stuffy."
