I really didn’t choose this hotel in Jixian. The room was clean and there was no smell. The air-conditioning TV was normal and easy to use. The location was unique. It was very close to the ancient city. After eating, I could go to see the night view. There were many small shops around. The lobby provided instant noodles. Coffee is very intimate, and the overall living is comfortable. The service is also intimate, the price is real, the travel is very suitable, it is recommended.

Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and attentive, proactively introducing all the hotel amenities. They even helped with our luggage, striking the perfect balance between being welcoming and not intrusive. The room itself was spacious and airy, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and excellent soundproofing. The toiletries were all top-notch, well-known brands, and the entire room was spotlessly clean. The expansive views really enhanced the sense of relaxation. Breakfast offered a rich variety, with plenty of hot and cold dishes, desserts, and milk – all made with fresh, delicious ingredients. It truly felt like home.

This was my first time staying at this GreenTree Inn, and for around 90 RMB including breakfast, it was quite a good deal. Before checking in, I read some reviews, and a few mentioned mosquitoes in the rooms. As I have allergies and am particularly prone to mosquito bites, I initially wanted to cancel my reservation. However, seeing that my room type was non-cancellable, I called the hotel front desk. The staff were very helpful and said that if I found any mosquitoes or bugs in the room after checking in, they would be happy to switch my room or process a refund. After checking in, I didn't find any mosquitoes or bugs at all. The hotel's environment, service, cleanliness, and breakfast were all excellent (the breakfast was especially delicious!). I'll definitely be back.

I have stayed in many hotels and this one is really impressive. Clean and tidy, well-equipped and easy to use, the service is not deliberate but very thoughtful, making people feel relaxed and at ease. The location is also convenient, the overall experience is very good, it is a very healing stay, it is worth coming again.

The room is big enough and the facilities are absolutely value-for-money at this price. The shower water in the bath is big enough. The location of the hotel is good, just in the scenic area, it is especially convenient to go to the ancient city to see the night view.

First, let's talk about the positives. From booking to check-out, the receptionist was incredibly helpful and attentive 👍. Secondly, the hotel's location is probably the best in the old town; the balcony overlooks the river and offers views of the square stage, and it's very quiet at night. Now, let's move on to the positives. We booked two suites. The one we stayed in was a wedding suite (one room for the bride and one for the parents, not mentioned in the booking information), which might be a bit disappointing if you don't like it. I understand the hotel might want to save costs by having fixed decorations for the wedding suite, but it was clearly poorly maintained. There were various signs of pasting, and the area above the bed was covered in roughly taped decorations, with a row of hooks pointing towards the head and dangling plastic strips. It was very uncomfortable. Secondly, it's one thing for a suite not to have a mini-bar, but one room didn't have slippers (although they were replaced), another didn't have hand towels, floor mats, or tea bags, and both rooms had only the bottom of the hand soap bottles—couldn't they even replenish them? They can't even properly check rooms? What's most unacceptable is the extremely poor hygiene of the bathroom. There was hair and spiders in the shower, the water flow in the sink was very weak, and there was only one set of fire-fighting equipment? Is this the kind of condition a hotel should have? There are pictures to prove all of the above. Also, don't expect the hotel shuttle bus during holidays, as they say it's too crowded and the bus can't go. You have to carry your luggage yourself. I didn't have breakfast, so I don't know what the quality of the breakfast was and won't comment on it.

Overall relatively clean, although close to the road, sound insulation effect is good, but the hot water temperature is too low, there is no way to take a bath, the only reason to choose this hotel is that it is too cheap!

The accommodation experience was particularly good. The young lady at the front desk gave me a super good impression. The whole process of check-in to check-out was patient and meticulous, smooth and comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent, the travel is very convenient, the parking is super convenient, and his family has its own oversized parking lot. The room is also very clean and tidy, the overall cost-effective, recommended.
