"The environment is quite nice, and the overall atmosphere is very grand, seemingly consisting of two buildings. The interior decor clearly indicates it's a long-established hotel. However, it suffers from many common problems of older hotels: outdated facilities and old-fashioned decor. Here are a few points that are of concern to many: the air conditioner is noisy, the heating is ineffective, and surprisingly, only one of the bedside electrical outlets is a two-prong outlet (I don't know who needs so many three-prong outlets these days). There are also many commendable aspects, such as the beautiful bamboo grove surrounding the hotel and the clean swimming pool at the back, which clearly shows it's regularly maintained. However, the facilities are simply too outdated! Even my parents haven't stayed in such an old hotel in a long time. I hope they can improve upon this."

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, truly embodying the spirit of ”answering every question”—whether it was asking about local travel guides or nearby transportation routes, they patiently and meticulously provided the most professional advice, even thoughtfully marking the locations on the map. This genuine feeling of being treated with sincerity made the entire trip exceptionally comfortable. The room's comfort was equally commendable. The space was very spacious, the room was spotless, and the gleaming floors and clean bedding provided a great sense of security. Most importantly, although the hotel is located in the city center and taxis are readily available, thanks to the excellent soundproofing, the room was remarkably quiet, completely undisturbed by the traffic outside, ensuring a high-quality night's sleep. The convenience of living here is impeccable: • Food delivery freedom: A wide variety of food options are available, and delivery is fast, easily satisfying late-night cravings. • Dining options within easy reach: There's a small commercial area right next to the hotel, offering everything from authentic local snacks to specialty restaurants. "The private hot spring at the hotel was fantastic! It's so peaceful staying in the mountains. I'm not sure if it was because I booked through Trip.com, but they put me in the room furthest back, and I couldn't see anything from the balcony except trees. Overall, aside from the hotel facilities being a bit old, the service was good. The electric shuttle was always available when called, and the food was incredibly good value for money – pretty decent. We didn't go to the public hot springs because it was a holiday and too crowded, so we just used the one in our room. Overall, I'd recommend it to discerning travelers. If only the view from the private hot spring balcony stretched further, I'd give it a perfect score. I wonder if the rooms closer to the front are more expensive?"

"The hotel is located right on the shores of the Mantis River. The rooms are clean, tidy, and warmly decorated. The bedding is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is fully equipped and clean, and the shower water temperature and pressure are consistent. The hot spring water is so smooth and smooth that it truly lives up to its reputation as the ”world's best hot spring.” The hotel staff are warm and attentive, providing attentive service from check-in to check-out. Any issues we raised were promptly and effectively addressed, making us feel right at home. Of course, the hotel does have some minor shortcomings. For example, since hot springs involve drinking a lot of water, drinking water should be provided unlimitedly and not charged. Having stayed at so many hotels, it's rare to find one charging for drinking water beyond the hotel's capacity. I hope the hotel can improve on this. Overall, however, these minor issues didn't detract from my stay, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me. However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive. The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place."

"To be honest, good is good, and bad is bad. Environment: Excellent, the view is fantastic. Service: The front desk staff were quite friendly. Cleanliness: Absolutely a mess. Aside from the tables and corners everywhere, the air conditioner was so dirty I didn't dare turn it on. When I did, it shed dust and was incredibly noisy, and freezing at night. Facilities: The initial design was clearly good, but lack of maintenance resulted in almost everything being in a dilapidated state. The windows had no handles and were very difficult to close properly. None of the shower heads worked properly; they sprayed randomly and were unusable. The door couldn't be locked from the inside (the latch and the latch weren't aligned), so I had to prop it open with a chair. The light strip was half-hanging, the wardrobe was broken horizontally, and in short, everything was damaged. Summary: Aside from the nice view, everything else was terrible. I couldn't sleep well, and the overall experience was extremely poor."
