GGuest UserThe room looks very ordinary at first glance, but the decoration materials have texture, solid wood, carpet, floor sensor lights, granite bathroom, with scale adjustment water temperature shower, lighting, ceiling is refined..., service is also very good, very good! The breakfast is very good, rich and nutritious on the 27th floor, the view is superb. Small problem: the TV remote control is broken, the shower square shower cannot be used (the small shower can be used, but there is no high hanging point), it is worth coming again

GGuest UserStaying at Hanting was such a pleasant surprise on our trip! From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we experienced impeccable and attentive service. The front desk staff were warm and professional, completing our check-in swiftly and even thoughtfully upgrading our room type.
Room Facilities: The room was spacious and bright. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom facilities were high-end and spotless, with attention to detail evident in touches like welcome fruit and turndown service.
Location: The location was extremely convenient. It's within walking distance to both attractions and shopping districts, and despite being surrounded by numerous dining options, the area was surprisingly quiet.
Special Compliments: A big thank you to the front desk for their exceptional service, including helping us with printing. Their friendly smiles made this stay a truly warm and memorable experience.

LLijuan ♪(^∇^*) This was my second stay, and the hotel is fantastic. The overall service is great. I really like the Wild View room type; the design is excellent, with everything you could possibly need. The cleanliness is also top-notch. The hotel is right by the lake, offering fantastic views. The forest by the lake is like a huge natural oxygen bar, and there's also a large lawn. The hotel restaurant is superb; breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the regular meals are good too. It's also a great choice for families, with craft activities for kids. My only regret is that I haven't had a chance to experience the spa on either visit, but I'll definitely try it next time.

ZZbcSirThe room is very spacious, clean, low-key and stylish. The hotel pays attention to details, such as the mobile phone holders and electronic scales are installed next to the washbasin and toilet, and a small stool is placed next to the slippers, which is very considerate. Other transportation and parking are also very convenient. The breakfast is worth mentioning. The variety is very rich, the ingredients are fresh, and the boiled rice noodles are especially delicious. In short, this hotel is very cost-effective. I have collected it and will stay again.

GGuest UserVery good, the view is really good if you live higher up, the road is not too noisy at night, some questions were answered by the hotel staff very patiently, someone answered when I asked for the WIFI password late at night, it was quite comfortable, looking at the hot weather outside in the air-conditioned room during the day.

GGuest UserThe hot springs were nice, and the room was good too. But the real highlight was the staff at the lobby restaurant. I had originally planned to go for some rice noodles the previous night, and even though they were about to finish their shift, they offered to help me find a place to eat nearby. When we couldn't find a spot right away, they enthusiastically led me to another restaurant. It's genuinely rare to encounter such warm and enthusiastic staff, especially in a hotel. The team at the first-floor restaurant was absolutely excellent.
