Hotel room was clean and modern and staff service was excellent. The surrounding area is very pretty with a lake, river and parks that are very pleasant to walk in. Only issue we had was that the corridor’s lights are almost never on and check in area was dark too when we checked in close to midnight. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

It's economical, practical, and comfortable—warm, clean, and spacious with good value for money. The breakfast is delicious and pleasant. Transportation is convenient. This hotel is conveniently located near Ning'an Central Park and very close to East Lake. The night view is absolutely stunning. Standing in the floor-to-ceiling windows and watching the sunset is breathtaking; the city is captivating. The staff are warm and attentive. The hotel facilities are smart. Dining options are also convenient.

The room was very new, and the bed was wide and comfortable. The laundry room wasn't too crowded, making it very convenient for washing and drying. The breakfast selection was generally satisfactory, though the dishes were a little slow to be replaced after finishing them. Overall, the value for money was excellent.

It's within walking distance to both attractions and shopping districts, and despite being surrounded by numerous dining options, the area was surprisingly quiet. Special Compliments: A big thank you to the front desk for their exceptional service, including helping us with printing. Their friendly smiles made this stay a truly warm and memorable experience.

This was my first time visiting Kunming, and I stayed at the Bolman Hotel in Anning. The hotel environment was great, with convenient underground parking. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the surrounding area was nice with plenty of food options. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was also good. The restaurant staff were friendly and thoughtful. It was a good experience, and I would definitely come back again.

Environment: Very quiet and comfortable. Service: Excellent service, the lady at the front desk explained everything patiently. Ashuro Onsen Ticket: Very comfortable, not too crowded, and very clean. The room was super spacious.

Very satisfied! The room is large, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, and the room was upgraded for free. I am very satisfied with my stay! The breakfast is also very rich. The front desk specially informed us that we can have breakfast at different times. We will come again in the future. It is a good place to relax on vacation and is suitable for families, parents and couples to travel. Forgot to take a photo, will make up for it next time.
