Everything was great! Petr is the greatest man, he showed around and told everything, we needed! The flat is very clean, cosy and close to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment hotel. The best proximity to the Dodonghai beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is convenient for cooking. It’s equipped with all necessary things. The lady host is friendly and helpful. The man host is nice, and even able to speak good Russian, which was a pleasant surprise. I would love to come here next time with my family.

The landlord is nice, very enthusiastic, and the service is thoughtful! It's really good. I will stay here again next time.

Since the room we booked was already booked for the next day and we couldn't renew it, the lady boss gave us a discount in another building with an area of ​​150 square meters, 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms, a hall, and a kitchen. The owner Petr Yan is very friendly and sociable, a person who knows Russian. He will help you put money on Alipay, rent a scooter for 30 yuan per day. And he is always in touch and helps with everything. We recommend!

We also bought an excursion to Yanoda and ordered a transfer through him, were constantly in touch, Petya is always ready to help and answer questions. Cleaning once a week. All amenities - hair dryer, shampoo, soap, shower gel, washing machine, washing powder, slippers. Everything is clean, new. The kitchen has all the utensils for cooking. The apartment is well ventilated, all air conditioners work. Living room with a huge sofa and table. Stylish design. Free access to the roof - the view is excellent at sunset, you can see the houses, trees and phoenix towers. Thank you, this is what we expected to see, and the view from the balcony is just magic 👍
