Aircon not functioning well. And some staff are not approachable. Area is not accessible for tourist spot. There sorrounding is good.

Not what we expected to be in the photos. Location is also not good. Not accessible.

Location is peaceful and nice,a but far from the port and market .The pool is not clean when we are there the room is good it's just there's no slippers . Staffs are accommodating.It was a nice experience.

Globaly is good I recommande this resort

Second time coming here. Felt nice coming back. Looks much nicer then before since they finish building it up. Can’t wait to come back!

Not a good choice

Unfortunately, it is nothing like the photos show. The place is extremely destroyed, without any care, broken, super dangerous for someone to fall in (I have photos of everything I am describing, to prove it). The pools have no water and the only one that did have it was filthy. The shower had no pressure at all, the bed linen was torn, the service was terrible, the staff were very rude and poorly trained. I had a huge fight with them. They are extremely unprepared and verbally attack us when we complain. I paid for 2 nights online, but I only stayed for 1, because it was late and the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, super far from everything. There was no food in the restaurant and breakfast was sausage with rice. Terrible experience. You should remove this hotel from the platform.

This was our first trip to Camotes with six friends and we found the hotel to be absolutely lovely!

Very run-down place. Bad breakfast, no tap water. No soap. They don't bring water, and they give it to you only when you ask for it. They even give you toilet paper when you ask for it. The view is also narrow compared to other places. The basic fee is 1,000 pesos for going out once. TV channels are limited and only show commercials and cut off frequently. No wifi. Data roaming here costs as much as a 1-star hotel. The staff are noisy among themselves. Koreans, don't go here. It's a ******* resort.

It was clean, easy to use, and had good service, but the restaurant menu was often out of stock, the variety was limited, and it was difficult to access.

Worst ever...worst ever. Groups of guests were making a lot of noise until midnight. It continued until late at night, so I'm sleep deprived. If you accept such group guests, I would like you to charter it. The walls of the door are thin, so you can hear people talking outside the room. Also, although I wrote restaurant menus, there were quite a few things that I was told they couldn't do. If it is written on the menu, I would like you to prepare the ingredients.

Hello, the first impression of the hotel is very positive, at first we booked for 4 days, but we liked it so much that we stayed for 2 weeks. Beautiful well-groomed territory, many flowers, many places for recreation. Great pools with sea water. Very nice view of the ocean from above. The room is small, but there is a comfortable bed, shower and sink, there is air conditioning. Convenient parking for our bike. Snorkeling is wonderful, clean bottom, fish, corals, stars. At night, beautiful lighting throughout the hotel. The location is good, close to San Francisco, market, shopping center nearby. Separately about the staff🤝🙂 The staff is very friendly, trying, very friendly, always smiling, trying to help on any issue. Many thanks to the owner of the hotel, you have a wonderful hotel and wonderful staff. We hope to return to you next year. The friendliness of the staff is unforgettable. Not to mention the view, if I go to Camotes again, I will definitely go again!
