"The hotel room was terrible. The closet light was on all night, making it impossible to sleep. The pillows were very high and uncomfortable. The front desk staff was rude, and the pool water was dirty. I asked the front desk the night before what the latest check-out time was, and they said 2 p.m. However, when I checked out at 2 p.m., I was charged $57.50. It was very infuriating. The front desk staff blamed each other, and the manager refused to come out and was nowhere to be seen. The front desk employee, Elaine Demei, was also very rude. The night before, an intern named Cindy told us we could check out as late as 2 p.m., but the manager, Faimon, was away and didn't address the situation."

"I arrived in Saipan in the early morning and it was still raining when I arrived at the hotel. I called the boss in the early morning and found out that the boss was Chinese and spoke kindly. I originally planned to stay for 2 days before arriving, but we all stayed here for the next few days. The hotel rooms and environment are quite good. Well, it's very close to Mike Beach and only a few minutes walk away. It's very convenient. I also eat at the Chinese restaurant opened by the boss. The dishes are complete and the taste is no different than if I didn't go abroad. Thank you. I will come back next time when I have the opportunity."

"The interior of the accommodation was very clean and I liked it. I particularly liked the two beds, which were large enough for an elderly couple. The location wasn't bad either, as major restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops are within a 0.5 to 1 km walk, and American Memorial Park is also within walking distance. Even if you want to eat Korean food and have a glass of soju, Korean restaurants like Namdaemun and Sura are within walking distance. Depending on the person, it might feel a bit far, but it might not be a major issue if you travel by car. However, there is no elevator, so carrying luggage up the stairs during check-in and check-out was inconvenient. In particular, during check-out, I stumbled on the stairs and ended up hitting my face against the wall, but thankfully it didn't lead to a serious accident. While island environments are generally like that, the surroundings weren't particularly familiar or pleasant for Koreans. Additionally, one regrettable point is that I couldn't find anyone at the front desk during my stay, even when I wanted to ask for help or inquire about something I needed. Conversely, you could say it shows confidence in the level of management, to the point where there isn't even a staff member stationed at the front desk. (I turned on the TV to watch the news in the evening, but the remote had absolutely no batteries. Since there was no one around, I couldn't watch TV at all during my stay. Haha.) If you can put up with such minor inconveniences, it seems like a clean hotel with excellent value for money."

"If there are 100 teams in the family, 98 of them are Korean teams haha. Korean staff were always present and communication was smooth. The staff are also very friendly. It feels like it's old, but it feels like it's been well maintained. First of all, I chose this resort because my child loves playing in the water. I was actually a little disappointed as I was looking forward to seeing a water park in Korea. It is not open all the time, but has set times, and the lazy river only has certain sections where you can feel the speed... There is a small slide attached to the pool that must be climbed while the staff is sitting;; Anyway, don’t expect water parks in our country haha. I ate at Café Galley after swimming for lunch. If possible, change your clothes and go to Magellan. Personally, I had the most food for breakfast and dinner at Magellan. Haha. It was a shame to find out after checking out. Anyway, since I have a gold card, I have swimming rice and swimming rice... I had a good time ♡"

"The owner is truly amazing!!! I traveled to Saipan alone and didn't plan anything beforehand, a total procrastinator. But once I got to Saipan, the owner practically gave me a VIP concierge service for all my activities. Even though it's a bit far from the city center, the owner drove me everywhere, and Saipan isn't that big anyway, you can see it all quickly. Plus, all the excursions I booked through the owner were such great value. When we went to Managaha Island, he even brought bread crumbs for the fish! The room was excellent, with a sea view right from the window, and he even upgraded my room 😭! And when I didn't have enough USD, I could exchange money with him! He took us to see beautiful stars. It was truly a full-service, VIP experience. I was worried about not being able to take photos by myself, so the owner even found someone for me to do activities with so we could take pictures for each other 😭 So grateful!"

"The scenery is stunning both day and night, and the service is excellent, including free airport transfers. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is incredibly welcoming and not only a pickleball enthusiast but also a lover of art. The interior decorations are all her own, a testament to her dedication to the business. The spacious common room features a billiard table, adding a touch of entertainment to the evenings. The large public balcony offers a tranquil and comfortable ocean view. The day I left, the US reopened Saipan's Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to China. I hope more Chinese tourists will visit, and I look forward to the reopening of direct flights from China to Saipan, making it easier for us to return. Saipan's biggest advantage is that it's safer than other Southeast Asian islands and more suitable for family trips. I also highly recommend the fishing program run by a multilingual Chinese man. It includes fishing, snorkeling, and barbecue meals on board. The activities are safe and fun, and the team is friendly and attentive. The snorkeling equipment is even free!"

"I really want to leave a review because this accommodation gave me such great memories from the beginning of my trip! We took a night flight from Korea and arrived at dawn, and this was the accommodation we booked on the first day. The location is between PIC and World Resort, so it's really accessible, and the accommodation itself was so comfortable. The room was clean and the water pressure was really good. There was a beach right in front of the accommodation, so we could snorkel, and they kindly lent us snorkeling equipment for free. I had booked PIC for the next day, but the owner told us to check out by 2:40 and said, "You can check out slowly." He even took us to PIC himself! But what was even more touching was that he refused to tip me. He was such a rare and kind person. It was a heartwarming moment. And there's a restaurant called Surf Club just a short walk from the accommodation. The food there was really the best! We were so happy eating at Surf Club the next day. You should definitely visit that restaurant. If you arrive at dawn, they will pick you up from the airport to the hotel for $10, but if you do a small favor for the owner, they will do it for free. ㅎㅎㅎ There must be many people who are having trouble deciding where to stay for the night after taking a night flight and arriving at dawn, so I highly recommend this accommodation. If you rest well here on the first day and start a full schedule the next day, you will be very satisfied! There is a sea right in front, and there is a KFC nearby, so it is good for a quick meal. Thanks to this accommodation that gave us a really happy start, we felt good throughout our trip. Be sure to visit it once!"
