"The hotel is really good, and the facilities inside are just as described. When my wife and I arrived, it was already late at night in the local area. We took the room card but could not open the door. The hotel attendant found out that the door lock battery was exhausted, so we could only enter with the key and rest for a while. At night, when we entered the toilet, we were greeted by the dead body of a little boy next to the tissue box next to the wash basin. We had no choice but to wrap it in tissue and throw it into the toilet. When we went to bed at night, we heard the noise of water leaking from the air conditioner. We had no choice but to use earplugs. The next day, my wife found double eyelid tape stuck to the toilet mirror and notified the front desk. Fortunately, the problem was cleared up in one go. In addition to the above problems, the breakfast in the hotel is good. The restaurant has a pleasant view facing the sea. The hotel staff are polite and friendly. Except for the lack of attention to detail, everything else is worthy of praise."

"I booked to go to the airport after resting before the last morning flight. Honestly, the price was so cheap that I didn't expect anything, but it was so neat and comfortable than expected. The boss doesn't speak English, but he is very kind. If you have a lot of tours and have a short stay at the hotel, and you are not interested in vacation, I highly recommend it here. When you go with a couple or a friend, not a family unit! I regret staying at the crown for four times the price."

The interior decorations are all her own, a testament to her dedication to the business. The spacious common room features a billiard table, adding a touch of entertainment to the evenings. The large public balcony offers a tranquil and comfortable ocean view. The day I left, the US reopened Saipan's Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to China. I hope more Chinese tourists will visit, and I look forward to the reopening of direct flights from China to Saipan, making it easier for us to return. Saipan's biggest advantage is that it's safer than other Southeast Asian islands and more suitable for family trips. I also highly recommend the fishing program run by a multilingual Chinese man. It includes fishing, snorkeling, and barbecue meals on board. The activities are safe and fun, and the team is friendly and attentive. The snorkeling equipment is even free!"

"The Saipan to the hotel in the early morning was still raining. I called the boss in the early morning and found that the boss was Chinese and friendly. I had planned to stay for 2 days before I arrived. I lived here for the next few days. The hotel room and environment are quite good. It is very convenient to walk a few minutes from Mike Beach. Eating is also in the Chinese restaurant opened by the boss. The dishes are complete and taste good. There is no difference from not going abroad. Thank you. I will come back next time."

"I moved here from the city center, and initially, it took a little getting used to. However, after just one night, I found myself loving it. The rooms were a step above other hotels – nicer and more appealing – and the facilities were excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always fulfilling my requests, and all our interactions were very pleasant. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get a taxi or ride-share to the city center. This location was perfect for me as I had a busy schedule packed with activities during the day."

"Good location! The hotel is opposite I LOVE SAIPAN and there is a parking lot on the first floor. A lot of food nearby, the famous Bubba Gump Shirmp. Hard Rock, etc... There is a DFS duty-free shop diagonally opposite. In short, it is very convenient and the price is quite reasonable. It is recommended to stay."

"The staff there were so nice and friendly, one of the lady greeted us at the door, and explained and suggested where I should travel in Saipan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, because its in Garapan, the really downtown Saipan, only few minutes walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff treated us like locals, and we had lots of chats. It was such a great experience for us, and we will definitely stay with this hotel again when I visit Saipan in the near future."

"The room upgrade made the stay feel like great value for the price, and the staff were very friendly. However, we could hear chickens crowing nearby, and the tap water in the bathroom had a slight disinfectant smell, so it’s better to use bottled water when brushing your teeth. The room door only had one lock, which felt a bit insufficient; adding an extra lock would make the room feel safer. On the plus side, there was plenty of parking space, and overall we had a comfortable and relaxing stay."
