"The room upgrade made the stay feel like great value for the price, and the staff were very friendly. However, we could hear chickens crowing nearby, and the tap water in the bathroom had a slight disinfectant smell, so it’s better to use bottled water when brushing your teeth. The room door only had one lock, which felt a bit insufficient; adding an extra lock would make the room feel safer. On the plus side, there was plenty of parking space, and overall we had a comfortable and relaxing stay."

"The hotel is located in the mountains. We arrived in the early morning and woke up to a stunning ocean view the next morning. Every morning, we could see the long coastline and tropical vegetation. The owner provided free transportation to and from the city, restaurants, and various activities. Any room needs or adjustments were promptly addressed. The owner recommended restaurants and helped with bookings (these recommendations weren't marketing; they were incredibly helpful to us). Airport transfers were also very convenient and quick. Almost all the food on the island was delicious. We are very grateful for the owner's hospitality during the National Day holiday. Saipan is beautiful, charming, and very safe. "I almost chose the Kensington when I was doing my research online, but then I saw reviews mentioning they have two different price structures for guests from different countries, so I immediately dropped it. I then decided to go for something with good value for money, and I saw many people recommending this place, all praising the owner for being exceptionally kind, so I booked it. The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, far from the city center, requiring a car, and it's halfway up a mountain. However, the owner's excellent service makes up for it; they provide shuttle service to and from the city center at fixed times every day, which is truly a lifesaver for those without a car! When I first contacted the owner, they mentioned that airport transfers are free for stays of three nights or more. Since I was only staying two nights, the transfers were supposed to be charged. But after I made my booking, the owner still proactively offered complimentary airport transfers, which was incredibly kind of them! Especially since the flight times to and from Saipan are often inconvenient, either very early in the morning or in the middle of the night, hats off to the owner for their hard work! Pau Pau Beach is just across the road downhill from the hotel, very close. So even when it wasn't during the fixed shuttle times to the city, the owner still drove us there and back, which we really appreciate! Saipan's tap water is incredibly salty and not drinkable. Bottled water is provided on the first day of check-in, but not starting from the second day. However, there's a water dispenser at the front desk where you can fill your own cups. The owner also prepared fresh water for brushing teeth in each room. The owner can help book various tours and activities. We chose the Tinian Island day trip, and the owner helped book the small plane tickets, contacted the local tour operator on Tinian, and even handled airport transfers, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The owner is from Guangdong, so communication was very easy!"

"My friend came to Saipan from Guam to do business. He is a fitness expert and has to practice for an hour every day. There is almost no gym in Saipan's hotels. The Snow White Hotel I arranged made my friend very satisfied. This is a newly built hotel. There is a free gym. The facilities are brand new and very clean. The location of the hotel is also very good. Just in the center of Galapán, it is very convenient to go to shopping stores and major scenic spots. The staff is also very friendly. Very good value for money! Friends will recommend it next time."

"I stayed here alone. I expected that the hotel would be far from the main beach, but it was not that far. On the way to the beach, you’ll see some souvenir shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. I was checking other hotel that is located on the northern side, but I know now that if I had chosen there, it’d have been difficult to find a nice restaurant or supermarkets at night."

"It’s not as bad as everyone said in the comments. The flight arrives at Saipan at night, so I chose this hotel that night. It’s in the pedestrian street, only three to five minutes away from Yuetai Hyatt, and it’s $30 by taxi from the airport to the hotel. The room is very large, there is hot water in the lobby without a kettle. It seems to be a Chinese hotel, so you don’t have to worry about language problems. If you are tired, you can still get a massage at the hotel. The smell of tide is just coming in. It is good as a transitional hotel. s Choice"

"The hotel experience is very good! The service of the hotel surprised me. I don't know why the Ctrip evaluation score is not high, it may be because it just hung up. "I didn't clean the room during my stay, but when I put out the trash can and put it away properly, I was able to bring a towel change. The first floor is always boiling hot water at the supermarket, so you can eat cup noodles immediately, and it was very convenient because there were lunch boxes, bakery soup and porridge. There are pots and microwaves in the room, so I think it is convenient for long stays. Also, it is a short walk to the main street, so I was able to enjoy Saipan nearby shopping and the beach.
