"Very good service, the front desk is very enthusiastic, and the room service is also very good:
1. After each room cleaning, they will help fold the pajamas, replenish water and food, and leave the name of the cleaner
2. The front desk answered the phone very quickly. We encountered three problems, all of which were solved within 5 minutes.
3. The location is excellent, only 3 minutes away from the bus station, behind is the city center (central market), and it is very close to all the Internet celebrity restaurants (except Oyster box and other restaurants on the beach)
4. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large, the facilities are new, especially the bathroom, the supporting facilities are sufficient and use Th White Company suits."

"Nice vibe outside the weekends. Too much children then. Good breakfast and nice atmosphere.
Unpleasantly surprised by the large amount of birds they keep locked up in the garden.
This behaviour of locking up animals for your own fun , i have never understood. It represents abuse of power by lower intelligence.
Stop this! West hill!

"It was okay. Sauna did not work throughout the whole stay, second day jazzucci stopped working. Outdoor pool was filthy. Our room was missing bathrobes & slippers."

PPritida VyasThe location was fantastic with views over the Marina and the little island with the Fort. The breakfast was good and the customer service was wonderful, we got our room upgraded due to an check in error made causing a delay. We were very happy with the upgraded room. The only thing that could be improved was the Spa treatments as there was only 1 person that did the massage and he was booked out during our weekend trip. More spa treatments should be made available with more than 1 staff member. Also the lady who did nails, manicure/pedicures was also not available during the weekend.

MMartynThe service / staff are amazing here. There is a Portuguese girl on reception who is really sweet and another European girl on reception too. There is a cocktail specialist in the bar who really knows his stuff (I think he’s Indian).
Staff at the breakfast in the morning are really good too! Try the oat milk latte.
Big disappointments are: the single beds are uncomfortable in the twin rooms with awful pillows. The pool in the spa is a bit dirty, the lighting gives the perception that the environment is cleaner than it actually is. The breakfast has no fresh fruit, surely you can provide daily watermelon, fresh pineapple and melon etc.

KkennethWe were very impressed with the facility. It was very clean and warm. The staff was very helpful in checking us in. Although we arrived an hour early, we were able to get into iur room with no hassle or extra fees. The lovation of the hotek was quite convenient as we were able to connect to major location seamlessly. We recommend

AArrowCThe hotel is located on the street in the city center, and it is very convenient to go to the airport and major attractions. There is also a supermarket downstairs.  The room area is larger than expected, clean and well-organized, and the toilet has a bathtub. After a whole day of playing, you can take a bath to eliminate fatigue. However, the sound insulation of the room is relatively poor, and the sound of the corridor and the fence room is often heard, and the quality of sleep will be affected.
