Studio room with 2 single beds, very good bedding, double glazing, basic but sufficient equipment.
Attentive and helpful staff. Impeccable cleanliness.

The environment is beautiful, comfortable and clean, with a small terrace. The front desk is friendly and provides free luggage storage service. ps: It is best to prepare the deposit before moving in

It is clean because it is in the residential area. There are no bedbugs. It is easy to move around and it was good for a business trip. The rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast is also good.

You can indeed get better service and cost-effectiveness if you stay further away from Paris.

The hotel is very clean and the breakfast is rich.
Visited for a week with a Scottish Hockey team, who were playing in a tournament nearby. Very friendly welcome from staff at reception at checking in. We had a luvly clean, spacious double studio with a luvly view overlooking the roof with bee hives, tram line, and parking area out front of Hotel. We had to ask reception re our room not being cleaned after our first night, to be told it would be cleaned on Sunday (booked Wednesday to Wednesday) We had to ask the luvly friendly helpful Maria on reception to help us out with bin liners, toilet paper, and towels which she did with a smile, I cant understand why not done daily. But an idea would be if not being cleaned daily, leave extras to cover this time. We and our team enjoyed breakfasts, for us fruit juice, croissants, scrambled egg, tea/coffee, but yoghurt, cereal, fruit, breads, cheese was enjoyed by team mates. A couple of long tables set up for us , as we tended to eat all together, well set up with staff replenishing etc when necessary. Our team also enjoyed a beer or two while meeting up before going out nearby, again, nice friendly (reception ) staff serving us. Spacious seating area as at one time two teams could by meeting up all together. The luvly Spanish maintenance man was friendly, he was doing some work beside where we were sitting one day, so he always said hola when he saw us in passing. The location here is ideal, a supermarket next door, a 25 minute walk into the square for restaurants cafes etc, a 5 minute walk across tram line for a sushi and a pizza place, tram line outside, a very nice area, thoroughly enjoyed our stay :) :)

We had a lovely stay at Appart'city. We had a studio apartment and a one bedroom apartment and both were lovely, fresh, clean and ample space for us. The kitchenette was ideal for mornings and when we arrived back each night as we could make tea/coffee and relax. There were two TVs in our one bedroom apartment. One in the living room and One in the bedroom and both had Chromecast which was brilliant as we could watch whatever we wanted to. The staff both reception and housekeeping were professional, helpful and friendly and were great at helping us navigate our way. It is located right next door to a shop where you can find most things, 5 minute walk to Lidl and next to the tram 13 which was great to go to Versailles and Paris. Saint Germain en Lay is a beautiful town and a lovely twenty minute walk brings you right into it from the hotel or alternatively the bus stop is a two minute walk and only €2 will bring you to the centre. Overall a beautiful hotel in a lovely quiet area and easy to commute to other places. Would definitely recommend it and would love to return some day.

Absolutely great place to stay. The rooms are a good size and the kitchenette is very useful for those not wanting to eat out every day. Everything was spotless. The facility was full during our stay and the stall worked very hard to ensure that everything worked smoothly. Cannot recommend it enough. It's right next to T13 tram and about15 mins from the centre of town.

Very clean, modern, comfortable and appealing hotel. The rooms are beautiful and the service is great. You have there everything you need including a fridge and a small cooking corner. There is a nice gym and it is a stone throw from the tram station (T13). The place is very reasonably priced too. Walking to the center of town is around 10 minutes, but you have everything next to the hotel if you wish. There breakfast is nice but a bit pricy. Go to the boulangerie and have a great cake or sandwich. We loved the place.

I booked this property one day before our arrival. We could not locate the property using the GPS system in our rental car or using WAZE or google maps. We drove around for almost an hour and finally gave up and booked another property at the last minute. I cancelled our reservation and asked for a refund but it was denied. I don’t think it is justified to keep the full charge, at best maybe a small handling fee. I seriously doubt if our reservation had blocked someone from booking since it was done one day before arrival. I don’t understand why others can find the property and we could not? We had been driving around Switzerland, Italy and France and were able to locate over a dozen other properties successfully. I am wondering if not speaking French is our problem in resolving this? It was a stressful situation and we did all we could to locate the property.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in. Very kind staff, spacious room, very tastefully furnished, bright, very clean and super-accessorized, very quiet and with a beautiful view. The underground parking (for a fee) is very convenient because there are few parking spaces in the area (better to reserve the space, you need to send an email to the hotel once you have booked the room). The area is very quiet, with a walk of about 30 minutes you can reach the castle. Dogs allowed and very well accepted.

The hotel is excellent, clean, well maintained, beautiful and located in a beautiful region, with Germanic architecture. The village is safe, with a great shopping center close to the main train station (Saint Germain en-Laye) - the walk to the hotel is very pleasant and relatively quick (25 min). There is a super modern "tram" - with 3 carriages - whose station is next to the hotel (Lisiere Pereire) - with integration into the RER (Paris Train), but there are days of the week when it stops running at 9pm. Next to the hotel there is a wonderful little market (Franprix chain), with everything you need (common market items) and also with chocolates and fine biscuits, drinks, etc.. In addition to the market, they have two bakeries next door and a burger place (Kasta), which has excellent prices and very good products! The Hotel reception staff - ALL of them - without exception - but especially Lorraine and Sofia (forgive me - but I don't know if I wrote their names correctly), were very attentive. And the room has a small kitchen attached, with sink, microwave, stove and minibar. great for quick meals!! The only point to consider is the distance to the central region of Paris, as it takes an average of 1h30 to get there, using the cable car, the RER (train) and Metro. Furthermore, the unit cost of the ticket for these transports is 5 euros per person for one way and another 5 euros for return, but it ends up being a tour as well. Anyway, I highly recommend it!!
