"The hotel is about 500 meters from the border, which is convenient for self-driving to Malaysia. The rooms are quite spacious. Parking is available along the road surrounding the hotel; it's a pity there's no enclosed or internal parking lot. Noise pollution is a significant issue; on the 6th floor, I could hear loud music from the surroundings until about 2 AM. Personally, I really like this hotel, and I find the minor shortcomings acceptable."

"We had a very terrible and disappointing stay experience yesterday. As we checked in quite late at night, we had specially requested: Not to have the last room at the end of the corridor A room closer to the lift Since it was our honeymoon after marriage, we also hoped the hotel could do a simple bed decoration for us However, none of these arrangements were prepared. The only response we received was that they would ask housekeeping to clean the room again. Later, after we went out for supper and returned to the hotel, the situation became even worse. There were even more cockroaches and insects crawling on the floor, and shockingly, a cockroach was crawling on the bed itself. How are guests supposed to sleep in such a condition? What disappointed us the most was that the hotel did not provide any proper solution or even offer us a room change. The way this issue was handled made us feel extremely dissatisfied and helpless. In the end, we could not continue staying there and decided to check out immediately and look for another hotel to stay in. This was supposed to be our honeymoon trip after our wedding, but this stay experience turned it into a very upsetting memory. We hope hollywoodhotel Dannok can give us a proper response and resolve this issue, as we genuinely paid for a comfortable stay, but it ended up becoming a very unpleasant and disappointing experience for us."
