GGuest UserSimply the best. Wonderful hosts Adriano and Uma made this a most memorable and thoroughly enjoyable stay. The cottage is outstanding and situated in beautifully planted orchard grounds. The ponds and waterfalls and adjacent stream complete this stunning property. Friendly and competent staff, a delicious breakfast and warm hospitality make this the best accommodation we have stayed in Thailand. As the icing on the cake our two pet Labradors were welcomed to the fully fenced property and made to feel part of the family. Absolutely exceptional! We can't wait to go back!

LliewsanThe room is old & furnished in almost all wood brownish setup that one has to sleep with all lights on, that serious yea! The bath tub is filthy dirty with stains! You can imagine how right in the middle of the night at about 3am+ & you've someone knocking on your room's door! In addition to that the constant bar/pub noise bumping music by the next door M-Bar!
So, it's worth driving for another hour to Hatyai for a peaceful & modern boutique hotel style for a night stay!
So avoid it at all costs!

WWilliam Goh kcAt first they denisd my booking because through my hand, because 2nd day early morning ,I plan to Hatyai, so I make another day stay at night, but they denied they received, I came back from Hatyai, they ask me to pay, finally I pay cash to hotel. Conclusion this trip I only make 1 day booking online, although I make 2 online booking.

**Environment**: It was a bit noisy at night due to the hotel's proximity to bars, but it was very convenient with many convenience stores and restaurants right downstairs. It's also very close to the Sadao Customs checkpoint.
**Service**: Friendly. However, the front desk staff couldn't speak Mandarin, only English and Thai.
**Hygiene**: The hotel's hygiene was acceptable, but the restaurant was just average with very limited breakfast options.
