The hotel is not exactly easy to find for people who do not speak the language. Yet It is actually not very far from the main train station and can be reached on foot..( around 10-15 minutes) The hotel is owned by a convent ( at the back of the hotel) and run by very friendly and efficient staff. What I like most about the hotel is cleanliness and its helpful staff. They’ll recommend good neighbourhood restaurants to you ( one restaurant close by was established in 1916) ,always fully booked, and very good price indeed. It is by no means a luxury hotel .If you’re looking for basic, no nonsense good accommodation, this is for you.

Located near the train station and quick metro access. No complaints.

Hygiene: The hotel as a whole is very clean and comfortable. Service: The aunt and uncle at the front desk are very enthusiastic and greet us enthusiastically every time they see us. Environment: There are many subways and shops around, which is very convenient overall. The breakfast provided by the hotel is super delicious😋👍.

Don't come here, it's a 2-star youth hostel. It looks bright and beautiful outside, but inside it's just a run-down county guesthouse from the last century. The sanitary facilities are very poor, there's not even a refrigerator or water, and the breakfast you bring is not as good as a convenience store sandwich. And the gate is located in a very remote, dark, deserted alley, which makes people feel uneasy when walking at night.

A good hotel in the center of Rome, run by the Franciscans. Breakfast has a large selection of sweets, but there is also other food. Termini Station and the Colosseum are within walking distance.

For me the main thing is clean very clean, comfortable bed, hot water and excellent breakfast

The room was very clean. The shower had plenty of hot water. The reception staff were polite and helpful. I would like to stay at this hotel again.

Very close to the subway station, convenient to all scenic spots, the room is very comfortable and clean. Highly recommended

It was so so so good!! First of all, the cost-effectiveness is the best! The room is clean, and the staff is so kind, and it was convenient because I had to leave the key and go out! I didn't expect much from the breakfast, but it was great! There are a lot of fruits!! It's so delicious if you put ham, cheese, and strawberry jam in a round bread! The room is comfortable and the shower water pressure is good! The location is that if you take the bus from the airport, you get off closer to the accommodation! You can walk to two of the four major cathedrals and the Colosseum from the accommodation, and there are two popular restaurants and a mart in front of the accommodation! Personally, I didn't like the area near Termini because it smelled bad and seemed dangerous, but since you get off the bus and cross the street right away, it's okay because you don't have to go through any dangerous-looking alleys!

The hotel is well located, not far from Termini station, bus stop to the airports. The rooms are clean, good bathroom. The breakfast is just excellent, everything is there, you can even bake pancakes. We had a late flight, we were allowed to wait comfortably in a separate room. Very good access to all the sights. We will definitely come back.

The front desk is very welcoming ❤️The service is very fast. We arrived at the hotel at 11 am. The front desk gave us a room in advance. Like it. 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum 25 minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain All OK The bath water is hot and cold, which is not good no refrigerator

The shower room is very simple, with a toilet and unit bath. There is no refrigerator in the room, so there is no drink service. The location is great as it is within walking distance of the Colosseum and Thermi station.
