Very friendly staffs and great environment! Feels very welcoming. Facilities are clean and nice.

Room is clean and comfortable, very close to Universal Studio. There’s a 7-11 only 150 meters away. The host is friendly and solved the order issue for us.

The staffs are warm and humorous, though we arrived late at night, they served us with passion and professionalism. The place is clean and spacious, of walkable distance to USH (with aid of shuttle bus near metro), but we chose to drive there eventually. (They also offered us day parking while we're at USH though we didn't get to utilise it in the end)

It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to Universal Studios. The owner is very nice and cleans every day. One day we left a $2 or $5 tip on the bed, but he refused. It is very clean. The front desk provides simple breakfast, hot water, and coffee. If you are tired, you can buy instant noodles next door to eat. There are gas stations, Chinese restaurants, convenience stores nearby, and the breakfast at the coffee shop next to the gym is super delicious. It is a warm and clean motel. The heater is old-fashioned and noisy indoors.

The environment is good and very quiet
