Business hotel close to Rome Termini. The room was very small and the bed not very comfortable. Had to check out early and the manager said they'd contact me to get a voucher instead of a refund, but I haven't heard from them. Overall passable for a single night if you need a stop over near the station

Location was great and near the train station. Nearby shops and eateries for convenience. However, the only problem was the toilet pipes. other than that everything is good.

Travel with my wife together and had a wonderful location near to train station. Walking distance can go to many place. Only room sound insulation no nice, can hear outside.

The guest room is on the second floor and the windows cannot be locked. It is located in a Rome station where security is not ideal. I feel that the security is a bit poor. After explaining it to the staff, the staff said there is no problem. Only "Spider-Man" can climb in through the window, so in the end No follow-up program was scheduled.

I made a reservation on the day of the flight due to a problem, but I was told that the reservation could not be viewed due to a system problem, and I was made to wait 30 minutes. I was told that the room I reserved was not available, and I was downgraded. I was a little tired from all the troubles that would never happen in Japan. Other than that, I had no problems and was comfortable.

The double occupancy double room I booked arrived and said that there is only one person who needs to add 40 euros for one night. The customer service called for more than an hour and told us to check in. They said it was their fault, but the service attitude changed sharply. At the beginning, they said that the time to pay is behind the beauty. I can’t make money. Two words and two words are not a service attitude at all. I seriously doubt that there is a feeling of ripping off customers. I may bully some Chinese who don’t know English or Italian. If there is a problem abroad, I want to pay a few hundred yuan and buy it for peace of mind. Must have an idea! And we stayed for two nights. When we came back from playing the next day, we found that our underwear was thrown on the ground after cleaning. Not to mention anything else, this may be a common problem of hotels in Rome, the experience is not good👎
