"The hotel's environment, facilities, and breakfast were all great. I only gave service half a star because the attitude was truly awful. When I arrived and gave my name, they immediately said they'd put me on the first floor. I mentioned I had used my room upgrade benefit, but the front desk told me all the rooms were the same. If all the rooms are the same, why do you have different room types and prices? Since I used an upgrade, you should at least check. They didn't even bother to look and just immediately said I'd booked the lowest room type. They were impatient throughout the whole process. Honestly, I decisively switched hotels today."

"Eileen's place single-handedly changed my perception of B&Bs! LOL. Initially, I just picked Eileen's because of its great location, making it easy to get to the old street. But wow! It completely redefined what a B&B could be for me! It felt more like a boutique luxury hotel! Because of Eileen's, I visited the #1 ranked B&B in Hebei Province during the May Day holiday (Eileen's is ranked #4), and honestly, I think Eileen's should be #1! So, I'm planning to visit their other B&B, 'Yaoji Caotang,' at the end of this month. Haha. Special shout-out to the friendly, glasses-wearing, round-faced young man at the front desk! He was enthusiastic and attentive throughout my stay! A couple of other staff members weren't quite as energetic, but they were still good! If Yaoji Caotang is also great, I'll just alternate between Eileen's and Caotang from now on! Can you guys offer a VIP annual pass, please? Haha! Unlimited in-and-out access to the scenic area, you can watch performances right from your room! They even provide tickets to the Tang King's Eastern Expedition! All of it was just fantastic! I've already recommended it to several friends and family members! The only downside is that rooms are hard to book, especially on holidays!"

I still had a power outage when I went to bed in the middle of the night. I didn’t know it at all.
