FFuzaotiantianI stayed at this hotel during my trip to Hetou Old Street, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. Let me share my thoughts. Upon arrival, I noticed a Peking duck restaurant next door and the hotel's own parking lot, framed by two beautiful magnolia trees. The owner was incredibly sweet and welcoming, providing excellent service. Check-in was super fast, which was a huge relief after a long journey. What's more, she proactively offered me a choice of room orientation during check-in, which was a really thoughtful touch. Stepping into the room, my first impression was how clean and tidy it was. The layout was very well-designed, making optimal use of the space, so it felt both spacious and comfortable. The mattress had just the right firmness, and the bedding was soft and pleasant to the touch. All the in-room amenities were comprehensive; the TV and other equipment were not only all there but also worked perfectly. The bathroom design was very practical, with excellent separation between wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were of good quality and pleasant to use. Moreover, the hotel's location is superb, being very close to the South Gate of Hetou Old Street, within walking distance. Getting to Tangshan Station was also very convenient. My stay at this hotel truly exceeded my expectations. The next time I visit Hetou Old Street, I will definitely choose this hotel again, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

GGuest UserThe hotel was comfortable, clean and well-furnished. The staff were memorable; the cleaning ladies were very polite and helpful, and the girls on the front desk were so sweet. Despite our language difficulties they helped me so much to arrange a visit to the Eastern Qing Tombs, and to get a transfer later on to Beijing. The evening I arrived I asked if there was a shopping centre in the vicinity and one of the girls said she was about to finish her shift and took me there in her car! They were all so friendly and helpful. The only negative point I would mention is that the door to my room was not very secure: on leaving the room I found I could easily force it open without using the key! This needs to be looked at urgently. Overall though I was very happy with my all too short stay, and I will remember the lovely reception staff for a long time.

GGuest UserI had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially thanks to the beautifully furnished room and great facilities. The room was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, which made the stay very enjoyable. There was a slight smoke smell when I first entered the room, but after informing the staff, they quickly sent someone to freshen the space with deodorant. Although the smell wasn’t completely gone, I appreciated their prompt response and willingness to help. One of the highlights of my stay was the delivery robot that brought my food delivery orders right to my room — a fun and convenient touch that really stood out. With a bit more attention to room freshness, this hotel has the potential to be even better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

__WeChat47304****The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. Since we had a child with us, they arranged a 2.4-meter extra-large bed. They even gave us a small gift when we left, which our child absolutely loved. The room was very comfortable and clean, and parking was super convenient. Breakfast offered a great variety, including freshly made wontons and noodles, as well as homemade soy milk and fried dough sticks that tasted very authentic. All in all, I highly recommend it!

Stepping into the hotel, the new Chinese design style creates a quiet and elegant atmosphere. The room is clean and tidy, no smell, and the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a good quality of sleep. The bathroom is designed with dry and wet separation, and the smart toilet is equipped to improve the comfort of use. Especially commendable is its sound insulation effect, even in the city center, you can enjoy a rare peace after closing the window. In terms of service, the hotel's performance is equally excellent. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and fast, and the staff was warm and smiling. The hotel offers free parking. In terms of facilities, the hotel cleverly integrates traditional elements with modern technology. The rooms are equipped with intelligent control systems throughout the house, which can easily control lights, curtains and TVs through voice, adding a sense of technology and fun to live in. WWasensuofeiyaI had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It was super convenient to access Nanhu Park directly from the Pullman's back entrance using my room key. Monica at the front desk was incredibly thoughtful and provided excellent service, always greeting us with a smile. We accidentally left something behind when checking out, and she promptly noticed it, contacted us, and even mailed it back to me – I'm truly grateful! The hotel's castle-like architecture looks really upscale, and its proximity to Tangshan Yan makes getting around very easy. I'd definitely choose Pullman again if I visit Tangshan in the future.

HHuoxiaoyuWe checked out Hetou Old Street in Tangshan and booked a hotel nearby, about a 15-minute walk from the North Gate, which we found very convenient. There were many restaurants downstairs with good reviews, and a large market across the street, so there were many cars in the morning. We were two adults and two children, and booked a standard room. We specifically went to check out the room, and it was quite nice, with a separate shower and toilet. The room was also very warm. There was a train nearby, so it was noisy, but it didn't bother us. They gave the kids some snacks upon check-in. The bathroom had slippers and disposable toilet seat covers. The room had toothbrushes, combs, two bottles of mineral water, and a kettle, and there were no unpleasant smells. They gave us two complimentary hot spring tickets, which we didn't use. Breakfast was good; besides some main dishes, there was freshly made Korean noodles. The plates and tables were quite clean. We also forgot some clothes when checking out, and the front desk called us promptly. Overall, it was great value for money, and we'll definitely book again next time we visit Hetou Old Street.
