Romantic Hotels in Shaoguan

I went here for a business trip due to work reasons. I found this homestay on Trip.com . I saw that the evaluation was very good. I placed an order directly. The butler service was very good. I helped us carry our luggage and introduced local tourism characteristics and surrounding dining and food. The first time I came here to soak in the hot springs, the experience was great.

I am pretty familiar with hotel business in China and this one is fascinating. Hardware-wise it is comparatively easy to be high quality and it is the software side amazes me. I booked a suite room and arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The check-in was smooth and we settled down quickly and found that both TV sets were not properly functional. Quickly they reacted to send a tech and then decided to switch a room for us after the tech failed to fix the problem (eventually I found a solution to fix it and it is actually because of the telecom but not their TV properties). During the stay, their problem solving capability and attitude to clients were one of the best I have ever encountered in China. If you go to the city for a leisure, I highly recommend this and for anything you may reach their director of operations Mr. Xu Qiang. I will definitely visit them again.

On weekends during the peak winter season, this price can be said to be very cost-effective. The front desk staff is friendly and well-trained. Although the breakfast does not have much meat, it is relatively rich and satisfactory! The hot springs are also real hot springs! The environment and ecology are good in all aspects. It can be seen that the senior managers of the hot spring have worked hard to create value for money! The only service points deducted are: the snack stalls in the hot springs, the people who make rice rolls at night, and some other local aunties and other service staff have too much sense of ”local owners”, obviously no systematic training, and have a arrogant attitude. Please talk to consumers more She said she was tired and panicked, as if the consumer came to consume to cause trouble for her, and the sarcastic remarks really made people angry! There is still a gap between the quality of women in mountain villages and 4A resorts. In addition, it is recommended that hot springs should have a music reminder when closing time is approaching to facilitate customers to grasp the time. When the breakfast is finished, diners should be reminded whether they want to replenish food for the last time, instead of just calling it a day! Finally, the service quality of the front desk staff is indeed very high! Worth repurchasing!

This trip is to the Guangdong Grand Canyon to hike, do not want to be too rushed, so live in the park. Before we come, we have to be mentally prepared and do not ask too much for hotel facilities. The most important thing is that they clean up well, praise! The waiter also has questions and answers, the breakfast is quite satisfactory, but the waiter is very attentive. It is not convenient to take a taxi here. You have to pre-time or add a little fee to get a taxi. But the natural environment nearby is good. Come to the Grand Canyon and spend an afternoon or a morning lightly. It was late October, there were not many guests, and I saw some self-driving cars coming to this hotel to stay. Quiet environment. The room is also equipped with duvets, which is suitable when the weather is colder. great!

Every corner was spotlessly clean, there was no strange odor in the room, and the facilities were well-maintained. The water pressure was excellent, and there was always hot water available for a comfortable shower. The hot spring was also very relaxing.

Danxia Mountain is tired of driving more than 70 kilometers to come here to soak in the hot springs. The Nanxiong Hat Peak Forest Farm the next day is also a 30-kilometer drive. Ginkgo and Red Maple are very beautiful. There is a bubble tank on the balcony of the room, and the bathtub is also used for hot spring water. It is not convenient to find food around. It takes more than 10 kilometers to drive to have a farmhouse, so it is still done in the hotel restaurant. Breakfast is also decent.
