"I recently stayed at the Mehood Lestie Hotel and the experience was amazing! From the moment you step into the hotel, you can feel the meticulous service. The front desk checked in quickly and recommended interesting places around. The room was clean and quiet, and the layout was very thoughtful. The bedding is comfortable, the bathroom is fully equipped, and even the corners are spotless. It can be seen that the hotel pays great attention to detail. One thing that has to be mentioned is the hotel's catering. The breakfast menu is rich and varied, including Chinese-style hot porridge and steamed buns, Western-style fried eggs, as well as fresh fruits and exquisite pastries, which can meet all tastes and start a day full of energy. The gym has new and complete equipment, which is very friendly for me who loves fitness. I can go there to exercise while traveling and feel no fatigue at all. The hotel is in a great location, with convenient transportation and travel, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. This stay was far beyond my expectations. The service, facilities and environment were impeccable and the price/performance ratio was very high. I sincerely recommend it to friends who are traveling for business or tourism. I went here for a business trip due to work reasons. I found this homestay on Trip.com . I saw that the evaluation was very good. I placed an order directly. The butler service was very good. I helped us carry our luggage and introduced local tourism characteristics and surrounding dining and food. The first time I came here to soak in the hot springs, the experience was great.

I am pretty familiar with hotel business in China and this one is fascinating. Hardware-wise it is comparatively easy to be high quality and it is the software side amazes me. I booked a suite room and arrived late in the evening due to traffic. The check-in was smooth and we settled down quickly and found that both TV sets were not properly functional. Quickly they reacted to send a tech and then decided to switch a room for us after the tech failed to fix the problem (eventually I found a solution to fix it and it is actually because of the telecom but not their TV properties). During the stay, their problem solving capability and attitude to clients were one of the best I have ever encountered in China. If you go to the city for a leisure, I highly recommend this and for anything you may reach their director of operations Mr. Xu Qiang. I will definitely visit them again.

Needless to say, the location of the hotel is very good. It is in the mountains, the air is fresh and the clouds are shrouded. There is a primitive forest park in the resort. It is good to go hiking early in the morning. There are streams along the way. However, the hotel's catering service cannot keep up. There are many people dining in the entire hall at night, and there are also many waiters. They all seem busy, but they are busy and disorderly. It takes a long time from finding a seat to clearing the table to ordering. And all the waiters were busy but no one paid attention. The breakfast buffet on the first day was served in the hotel lobby, but on the second day it was moved to a different location, but no one informed anyone. A bunch of people were waiting in the original restaurant. Only when they called the front desk did they tell them that the breakfast had been moved to another location. Shouldn't there be advance notice? Except for the catering, everything else is good. I hope it can be improved, otherwise such a good natural environment will be wasted.

This stay at the Ligong International Hot Spring Hotel gave me an unexpected and wonderful experience. When entering the hotel, the first person to receive us was the waiter at the front desk, Kobayashi. She was very professional. Also after checking into the hotel they also provided the little butler's contact information to us, have to praise them, when we encountered a small problem through WeChat contact the little butler, quickly also got an answer, also quickly to deal with the problem, very efficient. There was also the breakfast provided by the hotel, which we were very satisfied with because there were so many choices of breakfast styles and beautiful furnishings that were worth a try. I stayed at this hotel for the third time. The first time I came here in 2013, I didn't call it Nanling Hotel. It seems to be Longhuashan Hot Spring Hotel. The facilities are indeed old, but they can be renovated compared to more than ten years ago. The toilet bathtub in the bathroom is very new, and the double bathtub on the balcony has not been there before. The fresh taste of the dinner ingredients in the restaurant is OK. Red plums are just blooming during the Spring Festival of Meiguan Ancient Road nearby, and they are all fragrant in the mountains. There are also white plums, green plums, pearl plums, palace pink plums, and ramen. Early December should be the best time to enjoy the plum. The hotel is still being renovated, and the bathroom is not meticulous enough, and the sewer is obviously not cleaned up. Check out at 7:30 in the morning, contact in advance to want a breakfast, reply to breakfast at 8 o'clock to serve...
