"I stayed here for 3 nights. Everything looks brand new and impeccable. We took advantage of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It is close to Hoi An, about 15 mins drive from there and about 45 mins from Danang. I had a bit of hesitation choosing to stay here or staying in Hoi An itself, but as soon as I stepped into the lobby, I knew I made the right choice. Everything here are premium and luxurious. The arrival service made us feel very welcome, check in was very smooth and there are a lot of activities on offer to keep me busy. I took up the free pickleball lesson (thanks Mr Huy for being a very good teacher!) and there were kayak and yoga sessions as well but I didn’t have enough time to do those. All the staffs I came across were friendly, courteous and very well trained. The concierge is reachable by whatsapp, and responded very quickly every single time. I requested for two extra free bottle of water on my first night and the next day the housekeeping staff left me 2 extra bottles again without having to be asked. It’s the little extra details that makes a lot of difference. The buffet breakfast is tremendous. Mr Nick was always ready to greet us with a smile there. There were so many things and the variety will change slightly from day to day. There is made to order Hongkong style cheong fun, fresh sugar cane juice which I have never seen done in any hotel before. I like my food and I can tell that everything is of very high quality. The room size here is massive, clean and the furniture and amenities are in excellent condition. The only little thing missing is the water gun in toilet which should be standard fitting in hotels in Vietnam There were free shuttles to go to Hoi An at certain schedules which makes it very convenient to go and explore the ancient town. If there were too many people to fit in the bus on the way there, they will arrange a second one to get everyone there so no need to worry about missing out on a spot on the bus. However it’s not the same on the way from Hoi a back to hotel. However it is easy to catch Grab which will cost about 150k vnd. I hope this is something that they can improve, perhaps arrange more than one shuttles to bring guests back to hotel especially on the peak evening period. We also enjoyed the food at the food court in the hotel. There are many varieties to choose from Asian to western food. The price is quite expensive if compared to outside the complex, but the quality and flavour is top notch. I tried the south East Asian foods like nasi goreng, laksa and ckt and the flavors were right on point. There were easy access to a huge private beach as well, where you can kayak, paddle, ride an ATV, swim or simply walk on the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. It was fantastic and easily ten points out of ten."

"Amazing 5*star hotel. The staff are attentive and friendly. Great breakfast buffet- with all homemade pastries and bread. The hotel’s facilities are great- it’s on the beach, many sun beds, lovely swimming pool. I would highly recommend the spa- it also has a stream room, sauna and jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. Big, comfortable beds. Strong air con and TV with Netflix. The cleaners are on the ball and the room always smelt lovely. Our room had a lovely big bath with constant running hot water. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Hoi an ancient town at 10am and 3pm. If not a grab taxi is only 50,000VND. Outside the hotel are small mini-Marts and some lovely restaurants. The hotel also offers free classes everyday from 3pm. As we had tours planned we only attended their complimentary cooking class which was insightful and fun. Special thanks to Ms Chau who was so friendly and helped us organise our trip. Highly recommend this hotel! One of the best hotels we have stayed in, we will be back."

"Room was spacious and clean. A bit of walking to get to the Memories Show or the Old Town but the vibe of the place was nice and the surroundings were amazing. A bit of walk is actually fine so you can take in the city while getting anywhere. And actually Grab was super cheap so there was no problem going somewhere. There were free bikes to borrow out front, so we could ride those into the town as well. Service was wonderful and there was a cheap 24hr laundry service for a small fee. Breakfast was nice and food was warm and delicious. You could also walk to any nearby places and get breakfast there as well. 10/10 recommend for the amazing hospitality and services."

"We spent 2 nights here, unfortunately it wasn't warm enough for us to use the pool longer and more often. They upgraded our room and didn't give us the room color I wanted. The rooms were not well isulated, we heard the argument from next door until 1.30am on the first night. The bathtub could not be used as there was no hot water. The breakfast was ok, only the coffee could be better than the filter coffee offered. It was about a 10 minute walk to the old town. The staff was very friendly and courteous at all times."

"The waiter was very enthusiastic and took the initiative to help with the luggage. The breakfast was rich. If you go early, there will be a lot of fresh fruits. The swimming pool is in the small garden. The frangipani flowers are in full bloom, and they fall on the lounge chairs. The room is clean and quiet at night. It is on the first floor of the small building. When you open the door, you feel like you are living in the forest. I like the old-style furniture with simple decoration."

"Its a good hotel. Room was nice, super clean. The staff is also very nice, but sometimes almost too nice. During breakfast every morning 4 different staffmembers came to ask how everything went. What our plans were for the day. If we needed help booking stuff, explaining what we could do. It was a bit too much kinda felt like being *******. I prefer to just ask for help when I need it instead of being offered by every person of the staff 👍🏻"

"It was a very pretty and cozy hotel, but the rooms were spacious. The breakfast was also quite delicious, and it was even better than the Danang Hotel. It was a 5-minute walk to Anbang Beach. There were almost no Asians, so it was a very peaceful and cozy beach. You can meet a beach that looks like a resort. The staff were very friendly and the room condition was very good, so I highly recommend it. You can also quickly go to Old Town by Grab. The pool is small, and most foreigners go to the ocean to swim, so you can have fun without any burden. I think I made a good choice with the low price on Trip.com."

"An impressive experience with an excellent hotel. The room was wonderful, clean and luxurious with a plentiful supply of green tea and Vietnamese coffee. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower and bathroom were marvelous and the view of the river particularly good at sunset. The only problem was being opposite the lift so there was occasional corridor noise. The breakfast was outstanding with great choice of Western and Vietnamese styles. All was fresh, especially the pastries and fruit. There were chefs waiting to take orders for dishes such as Omelettes, Eggs Benedict, Scrambled Eggs, Pho and Noodle Soups. The location of the hotel is perfect as it is on th4 edge of How An with a short walk to the fields and river but also only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the town and night market area. The staff were incredibly good. They are all very friendly, always greeting em by name and aware of the particulars of my stay. When I arrived late at night, the receptionist had arranged for the air conditioning to be turned on in my room prior to arrival which was very welcome. Whatever I required to help my stay, the reception helped and provided. When I left in the early morning, they unexpectedly offered to provide a breakfast box and cup of tea for my drive to the airport. They are really lovely people as one always finds in Vietnam. This hotel is highly recommended."
